This place seriously rocks! I got that hollow stomach feeling when my van started making noise and my regular mechanic couldn't fix it. The dreaded search for a new mechanic causes me more than a little anxiety. No worries, no problem at all with these guys! I'm excited to bring my van back for the basics as well as repairs. They gave me a price that was more than fair and were friendly and direct about what my vehicle needed. I had my van back before I even missed it. Highly recommend them!

Installed timing belt incorrectly which caused pistons and valves to collide, resulting in low compression. This basically ruined my engine. Axis took no responsibility for their mistakes saying my car could have come in like that. I've taken a few other vehicles here and have had problems more than once from bolts that are missing, transmission issues after leaving the shop to oil changes that were not requested. Find somewhere honest to do work on your vehicle. They're cheap but there's definitely a reason for that.

What a relief to find a good honest mechanics. Not only are they great to work with but everyone at Axis Automotive Paul, Hunter and Bob are really easy going. Literally the best car service you can ask for. Axis makes it their priority to treat every customer like a friend and get your car troubles fixed asap. I have never had to wait more than a couple days for my car to get fixed, and get fixed right. They ensure the best quality by figuring out what exactly needs to be done, and the most efficient way to get it done. They also don't beat around the bush when telling you what has to been done and how much it is going to cost, honesty seems to be one of their top priorities. As long as I am in Denver, my car problems are only going to be dealt with at Axis Automotive Plus, where else can you look at cool race cars monster truck and exotics while getting your car fixed?

We have taken 5 of our vehicles to this shop and we will not be returning. You truly NEVER know what youre going to get back. My father had his clutch replaced by Axis and not even a month later the car began having transmission issues regarding shifting into 1st and into other gears. The steering wheel was also over tightened somehow causing it to squeal every time it is turned. I had my timing belt replaced by them on an interference engine. If a timing belt job isn't completed correctly with this type of engine the valves and pistons collide rendering the engine totally useless. When I got my car back the first time I could hear and feel a very odd vibration/sound in the high RPM range. We took the car back and pleaded with them until they took a look at it. The tensioner in the belt system had collapsed, a part which should have been replaced in the first place. This took them weeks to complete and we were charged full price for their mistake. When we finally got the car back the timing had been set incorrectly causing the piston and valves to collide. The engine still ran, although horribly. We addressed this issue with Paul and he responded that he had not heard the engine before we took it in so therefore it could have been a problem from before the timing belt change. We then took it to the dealer who confirmed the timing belt was indeed not done correctly. We bit the bullet and had a new timing belt installed by the dealer. The engine has low compression in cylinder 1 and balance shaft issues because of Paul and company's lack of attention to detail and careless attitude. There have been a few more incidents from forgotten/mismatched bolts to blatant lies about replacing parts. Everyone makes mistakes, including automotive repair facilities. What really earns Axis a 1 star rating was how these incidents were handled. Paul is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Once he has your money he could care less how your vehicle runs. Please spend your money elsewhere. Somewhere honest and caring. I truly wish I could give Axis and the owner Paul a rating of 0 stars or even less.

Worst customer service ever. Sad part is that I didn't even use them for anything, just asked for directions and was met with hostility and blatant disrespect. Would they act the same if I was a man? Never going here and would advise the same to others.

I can't imagine how these guys could have done any more to help me. This was the fourth shop to look at my truck with front end problems. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest customer to work with because getting the truck right was a challenge and I wasn't going to compromise anymore. They never gave up and stuck with it until we got the truck right, and we were chasing a ghost somewhat. Paul and Hunter found the ghost and killed it! They show they really do care about making things right and customer satisfaction. Outstanding work on my 26 year old Chevy! I'll be back.

I am very pleased with work done on my old 1997 Mazada 626. Paul, the owner replaced fuel pump and fuel filter, distributor, plugs and wires. The car performs like new again. I was treated with repsect and felt as though I was getting service from a friend. Lynn is Paul's wife and made me feel comfortable because like me, she is a dog lover. I also met the dogs that keep Lynn company during her work day. If you want good service and nice clean place to have your car serviced, I recommend Axis Automotive, the location is convenient, just off Sante Fe Drive and Belleview Ave. in Littleton. The facilty is gated and secured at closing, Nice to know my car was safe after being towed to the shop late in the day and had to stay over night.

I had a check engine light on when I went in. Six weeks and $900.00 later, the engine light was still on and the vehicle was never properly fixed. Calls were not returned and customer service is lacking.
