Wife and i were excited to test drive a nissan altima at this dealership because we had been looking for some time. I called and spoke to the owner to verify the car was still available. I was told to come on down to test drive it. We showed up roughly 2 hours later and once we drove it we liked it a lot so i went to talk to the "sales manager" and made an offer..about $300 less than the asking price. I was promptly told no with no counter offer.. nothin at all.. so i asked why amd he said "because its already sold". I said what? This so called manager talkes to me on the lot for 15 freakin minutes while my wife drove the car and it never occured to him to mention that the car was sold? I call BS.. he said that the guy "forgot" to leave a deposit.. but he said if i gave him asking price he would sell it to me.. wow.. thats a great sales tactic.. and if by chance the car WAS sold thats a pretty dirty way to treat a client.
This so called sales mgr did not apologize or even offer to show me another car. Bad business practices this day in age with social media will run you into the ground.

I am sorry to say this but you guys need to work on your customer handling skills (my phone experience). Just an honest feedback. I hope it helps :)
