So far the experience has been less than stellar! If you are not actually going to be open at 7am, do not schedule a 7am appointment! I showed up just before my scheduled appointment and by 7:05 the door was stil locked, since it is 37 outside I sat back in my car. At 7:11 I saw people inside and called to confirm you were open and treated like you had been there all morning. 7:11 is still late! No apology, terrible customer service!

This place used to be my family's go-to place for body work, but not anymore. I had an off road accident with my truck and took it to them fix the damage. When I got it back the condition of the vehicle was ridiculous. The interior was covered with bondo powder from sanding and was in-bedded into my new seat covers. The mirror was installed incorrectly, the paint had terrible orange peel, and multiple items were not fixed. also they didnt secure the bed liner (which flew out when driving down the highway, luckly not much traffic that day). When I addressed it to them they took it back and detailed it and said they fixed the orange peel, which looked like they hadn't touched it at all. The Geico adjuster there wasn't much help either. All in all, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This is a top-notch operation. If I could give a sixth star I would. A tree fell on my truck during an ice storm and caused significant body damage in some difficult places. Paint, dent repair, glass work... They took this challenge head on and it looks brand new. They did a better job than the Ford body shop after my last break-in.
Really pleased with the customer service as well. The staff is professional, easy to talk to. I received text updates of the process. Follow up calls after.
This truck has been through some stuff, but it looks brand new thanks to these folks. I'll be back. Thanks guys!

Collision Works pretends to be some wonderful upstanding business but nothing could be further from the truth.
1. Collision works wasn't not timely in my repair
2 Collision works was given a list of items to check/ repair and Refused to do so.
3. Collision works agreed to thoroughly inspect my vehicle however they processed me faster then a fast food cheese burger.
4. After I showed Collision works the problem and they agreed that it was a problem they try to send me to the dealership to fix it!!!!
Employees and managers are dishonest and lazy. Collision works is only in business because their relationship with Geico and Geico is in question also.

Honestly, from the moment I walked in they were very friendly. Got someone out to give an estimate on my car in a timely manner. VERY good on their prices($$ for labor hours to be specific). They had my repair done in 2 days flat. I would definitely recommend them to another.
I dunno what went wrong with the other dudes repair in the other review...but everything was spot on with my experience. When your car is in an accident it will NEVER be the same as it was before, and things aren't going to ride and sound the exact same. That's why you lose value on your car after a wreck. Repair centers do the best they can to return your ride to specification. It doesn't always workout perfectly with this in mind.

** Absolutely do not, under any circumstance, have your car repaired at this shop.**
Two things that most people look for in a car shop are quality and timeliness, among other things. This shop should receive 0 stars in every category.
Collision Works fails on every aspect of running a business. After bringing my car into the shop I was told that it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called and checked on the status of it and was told that it would be 1-2 days more. Only after 4 full weeks did I call Geico and get them to figure out the status of my repair. The repair was then complete 2 days later.
Waiting a full month for a car repair is absolutely ridiculous but that is only the start of it. The repair job on my vehicle was absolutely horrible. Some things were not even fixed and most things were done incorrectly. The car still had obvious flaws and made noises that did not exist before I brought the car in. When I brought this to the employees attention I received attitude and told that they would not fix it because it should not have been repaired (Geico covered the repair in the claim).
I usually do not waste my time reviewing anything but I want to help prevent others from having an experience like me. Trust me, DO NOT GO HERE. I really do not know how this place stays in business with how awful they are.
