We've gone to Catfish for several repairs on our little Suzuki. When we brought it to them with axle damage, they replaced the axle quickly and for a great price. When another part was damaged during the repair (no fault of theirs, it was kind of jimmy-rigged to begin with), they went ahead and replaced it for no charge. They have always gone above and beyond or expectations. The owner was honest (suggested several options for what work needed to be done), reliable (we knew what and when something was being worked on), and set on making sure that we were happy with the work. Best customer service I've gotten from a mechanic in a long time.

We purchased a private party, used Suzuki and wanted to have it checked out for any major issues. We were cut a great deal because of a possible clutch or transmission problem.
We told Rick that we were aware that it might be a serious repair and asked him to inspect it. He could have easily told us that it was a transmission or clutch problem and we wouldn't have questioned him for a second.
When he called us up, he was honest and thorough in his diagnosis. It was a simple and significantly cheaper repair to get the vehicle back in top working order.
The part is guaranteed for life and didn't take long to replace.
We had seen that Catfish has good reviews elsewhere and that they have been in business since the 1970s; that's why we chose to take our vehicle there. I am incredibly grateful for this location not "taking us for a ride", so-to-speak. We are going to take our vehicle there from now on.

Rick is always absolutely amazing. His team takes the time to genuinely go through the vehicle and determine the problem as well as what it's going to take to fix. He charges beyond fair and is just a magnificent human being in general. I do not trust the well being of any of my vehicles to anyone else.
