Took my little RV van here after a three thousand mile trip and Bill at Duncan's checked her out saying a new battery and rear wheel bearings were necessary. They replaced the battery and asked me to bring it back in before I took off on my next long jaunt so they could check all the fluids and do another look through. Highly recommend, especially for the single lady who wants a good and honest job done on her vehicle. Their recommendation for the company who did the rear wheel bearings (Alan's Gear Works) was right on also....good work and fair price. Thank you to Bill and the others at Duncan.s!

An absolutely delightful experience working with Bill.
I have worked with several mechanics in the past. Have had either bad experiences or good ones that later turned out to be bad!
Bill listened very patiently to all I had to explain about the problem I was experiencing. He ran diagnostics and did not waste my time pointing other things that ALSO need work, but did his job very well at pinning down the problem at hand.
My big problem had a very simple solution apparently n he did not over-complicate it, explained it in layman terms and was honest at every level of interaction. he made it an absolutely pleasant experience for me.
