This shop is a throwback to an era when "family business" meant something much more than just making money as a business; they are friendly, explain step by step, and most of all HONEST. These folks were able to figure out a 2 year problem that not even the dealer was able to fix. Ask for Jonathan, he will treat you like family.

I had some mechanical work done here in the past on my Toyota and their work was very good, so, when I recently needed some body work done, I was happy to hear that they now have a body shop too. Just like the mechanical work they did before, the body work turned out great! They went above and beyond to make me happy and the repair is perfect. The prices were very good and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. As a woman, I feel really comfortable taking my car to this shop. They are very honest, fair, and do great work. I will go here for anything I need in the future and will be recommending them to all of my friends. It's difficult to find a place this good in Miami...I HIGHLY recommend Jonathan and Pedro and their whole crew!

Trustworthy, honest, caring, all on top of being excellent mechanics. I have been coming to Pedro and his son Jonathon for 10 years now and would not go to any one else. Times we have been in the road, we call and consult with them if working with another mechanic. Their customer service is above and beyond! We love this family!

So many great things to say when it comes to this center ! They are a family ran business and they provide the absolute best customer service I have ever received , sadly to say better restaurants,banks etc . They always greet you with a smile , always provide the best information and more . Ever since my first car I have been coming here and recommending way more to come . This place deserves way more popularity ! The best auto care center in Miami . Also they are very honest , friendly , and refer you to the best places if there is anything they cant handle which isn't much ! I have not one bad thing to say about this place.

About 2 weeks ago, I was backing up into a parking spot and crashed into a fire extinguisher box that was on a cement column. I broke my back right light and dented and scratched my bumper....I wanted to die! Such a stupid mistake!
Anyway, we took it to Johnny at MBC and wow! It looks like absolutely NOTHING happened to my car! I'm so happy!! Great service, and best of all, fast service! My car was ready in 2 days! :) thank you guys! You're the best!

If you need any type of mechanical work for your car, this is the place to go. Due to an incident at a parking garage the back bumper and rear light needed to be changed or replaced.
I brought the car in to MBC to see what could be done and right there on the spot they gave me the estimate and ordered the pieces.
Johnny and the rest of the guys are great, they work very fast, the car was done in two days and you won't be able to tell it was ever crashed. Awesome job with the paint! They have impeccable services. Very satisfied with the finished product and I highly recommend this place to everybody

Absolutely thrilled. This family is wonderful and works hard. I called about brake replacement and questionable font end noise with a very tight schedule and they took me immediately! On a friday! Knowledgable, professional, reasonable prices and curteous. For every part jonathan gave me the price without my having to ask! As a non spanish speaking woman new to miami i was very nervous about taking my car to a mechanic but these guys are possibly better than my family mechanic back in NY. Thank you MBC!!!

Jonathan and the guys took great care of me at this family-owned business. Customer service and attention to detail are top notch at MBC. I had received a ridiculous quote from Midas for some exhaust work, and chose to visit MBC at a friend's request. Glad I did--they saved me $700, and the work they did is just perfect. I will definitely be back for regular oil changes and routine maintenance items now that I've found my place to go in Miami. Thanks again guys, especially for the pick up/drop off service.

I went to this place initially because my regular shop didn't replace catalytic converters, and MBC does. Now I wish I'd always gone here. Where do I begin? "Family owned" I guess is the phrase but it doesn't do them justice, because the father and son (and apparently the father's father though I haven't seen him) are always around and even though I've only been there a few times they instantly know me when I walk in, and smile and welcome me by name. Ok, so that's nice but it doesn't get the job done. But they do get the job done. And they clearly figure out the most efficient way to get it done, because the labor hours not only don't seem to be padded, but actually seem low. Parts prices likewise really don't seem to get much of a markup (more expensive parts cost me less than what should've been less expensive parts at my previous place a few blocks away). And the parts are lasting--zero evidence that any corners were cut. I almost wonder how they make a profit, but they're always busy and so I guess they make it up in volume. Whatever they're doing, it works and I trust them 100%, which is not typical for a repair shop. And they're seriously good people.
