Reily Auto did not make me feel uncomfortable as a women being taken advantage of..in fact they have save me money twice. I was told by another company I needed a lot more fixed than I really did. They are fair and honest.

Reilly Auto Repair takes great care of my vehicles! I have used them for years and they have even diagnosed my car over the phone! Fast yet thorough, honest, professional and reliable. Staff is super helpful! Whether it is changing oil, replacing tires or rebuilding a transmission, Reilly Auto Repair does it all with expertise! Even when I was thinking of purchasing a used car, I first brought it to Reilly Auto Repair so they could check it out, I knew they would tell me if the car was in good shape. Sure enough, they pointed out a few things that needed repairs and I took it back to the dealership and had them correct the items prior to my purchase. I just moved to the area 2 days prior and on my move my AC went out. My Google search led me to Paul, Jr. From the phone call inquiring to walking in thru the door this was an amazing experience. Paul, Jr is fantastic with explanation at each step of the process keeping you well informed of what's going on. I like that they will not do something to the car without confirming with you first, not even a diagnostic without asking first. Even more impressive he knew who I was when I walked in the door just from our phone conversation the night before and he had never met me. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is what these guys are all about!!! These guys will be my go-to guys for all my auto needs

I came here after I had a bad experience at a shop I won't mention. WOW! Tina and Paul Jr. were excellent. They were up front on the cost and got my approval before they did the repairs. Very Friendly and I love the waiting room. I got to watch a movie on Netflix while my car was bring fixed. A+++

This seems to be a trustworthy place with a focus on customer satisfaction. They have a comfortable waiting area in which they offer complementary drinks, a couch, and even a TV with Netflix. Prices seem average to bit above average. I took my car to get a tire patch put on. The patch didnt hold initially and started to leak air, but they quickly resolved the issue. Overall, I like the place and I see why so many people say this is the only car shop they use.

Best Car Care In County Paul Reilly is a very good, thorough expert when taking care of the mechanical and also is very good informing me about what the car needs. My Dodge Caravan 6 cylinder is ten years old and gets 23 miles to the gallon on highway trips. Paul keeps her running at top efficiency. At every visit, he gives personal attention to be sure his customers get the best. I have been a customer since Reilly Auto Repair opened back in the early '00's. I think I was Paul's second customer in town. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

Reilly Auto is wonderful! Paul and Andrea are both great and helpful! I have brought my Honda Accord in for everything between oil changes and a timing belt replacement and I have been extremely satisfied with the work that's been done. The new customer waiting lounge is fantastic! TV...coffee...a comfortable couch...a wi-fi hotspot...what more could you ask for! I will choose Reilly Auto over a major dealership any day! Thanks for the great experience!

I used to bounce around from the dealership to the specialty car stores until someone referred me to Reilly's. I come to them for everything now. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are the most reasonable I've come across. There is a customer lounge with wifi, cable and refreshments. Hands down, the best repair shop in the City. Believe me, I've been to tons of them.
