Below is what happened and I leave it on here because I want people to know how far above and beyond Kurt at Complete Auto Repair went to make things right. These guys are amazing and HONEST. They could have gotten me for a nice amount of money on repairs because all of the symptoms were pointing to way worse issues with my truck. But Matt was 100% honest with me and told me it was a simple fix. Shops like this one are very hard to find these days. I give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, clean and honest shop!

The throwout bearing in my Mach 1 went out, and after being delayed waiting on the warranty company, they rushed to get it done and back to me. They even let me pick out the exact parts I wanted. After driving it with the new clutch and hearing weird noises, I brought it back to have it looked at. They diagnosed it as a possible bad clutch from the factory, and the manager is taking care of me and getting it replaced. I'll be back for my future car needs! They even include a free car wash with all their services!! I need new tires.. So I'll be back soon. Thanks guys.

My 2 year old vehicle's transmission started acting strange. I took it Complete and the Manager, Matt Koop had the code checked and then went above and beyond to find that this was a known issue with my make and model. Matt provided me with the info and advised me to to contact the manufacturer to have this issue fixed at no cost to me through my extended warranty. I also need new tires on my car and I will definitely be a returning customer!!

I called around to several places for quotes for upper and lower ball joints, and these guys were the cheapest. After I took my vehicle in, I got a call from them and they told me that I did not need the lower on one side, but did need upper on the other side and it would be about $100 cheaper. That's the kind of auto repair shop I want to take my vehicles to. They have a new life-long customer.

Excellent service. Professional customer service. Used a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Paid the amount that was printed on the coupon with no extra fees. About a month ago I needed an oil change and went to a competitor, using one of the competitor's coupon for the same services. The competitors coupon was for $29.99, costing me over $45 when services were complete. Complete Auto Repair is a great place to take your car for service.

I had a very good first experience with this shop. My husband was having a hard time replacing the battery in my car so we called this shop and I was told they could help us out right away. It turned out the battery was not to blame for the car acting up. It was a bad fuel pump. They were able to fix it by the end of the next day for a very reasonable price. I will be going here from now on!

This shop is great. They could've gotten into me for a bunch of money saying that my thermostat was bad, or a sensor was bad, or something like that my truck was flashing an overheat code because I was about a half gallon short of antifreeze. They filled it up and sent me on the way. Matt was very professional and informed me what was needed to be done in a very timely manner. It's HARD to find shops like this one these days. 5 * all day for these guys!

These guys are simply the best. Been coming here for over a year. At first I needed an inspection at the last minute on a Saturday and they took me in immediately. Needed a serpentine belt replaced which they did. A few months later during an oil change and they identified the belt previously installed was defective which they replaced for free on the spot no questions asked. Their prices are excellent, workmanship solid, and treatment of customers is second to none!

Long story short- concerned about a tire when we were traveling 1100 miles back to our home state. Did a search on Yelp for nearby auto shops. Called this business at 8am on a Saturday. Got us in pronto and were very professional and knowledgeable. They addressed our concerns so we could get back on the road. A lot of places would have taken advantage of our situation and charged an outrageous amount, but they didn't. If I lived here, this would be my go place for auto care :)
