I brought my car in due to a terrible misfire, my car sounded terrible but thankfully I was nearby when it started acting up. I left my keys with them, and I call the next day to find out it was only a minor issue, they fixed it, and at no cost since it was an easy fix. I'm always satisfied taking my car to Guaranteed auto and they are quite reasonable on price. Great guys.

I brought my car in for brake work, i paid to have a complete set of brakes for the front and rear. I got new rotors and pads. When I picked the car up, Kevin told me i would need a new caliper in the front the next time i replaced my brakes. Less than one month later, I was hearing scraping and grinding coming from the rear of my car. I was not in Machesney Park so i took the car to a place nearby. I was told the caliper on the drivers side rear had seized up and had destroyed my brake pads and the rotor would need to be fixed or perhaps replaced. I had to stay in a hotel because the parts needed to be ordered. The brakes were less than a month old! When I contacted Kevin at Guaranteed Auto to see if he would assist with the cost ($417.00), he admitted to knowing the from t caliper would need replacement next time around, so why couldn't he tell the rear would need replacement? He agreed to talk with the owner, finally. However, their decision was to leave me high and dry. Brakes should last a couple of years, mine lasted 21 days! i wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

VERY clean shop and office/waiting areas. VERY honest, too!! They couldn't find anything wrong with my daughter's car and still didn't try to talk me into any services. I took my van in for maintenance and now it runs so smoothly!! THANK YOU ALL! I will definitely be referring people to you!

Fantastic service and the guys are understanding and are willing to help out whenever you need it. I recently had my tie rod and serpentine belt replaced and they did it in the matter of an an hour or so. These guys know how to do their job! Whats even better about these guys is that they don't charge outrageous prices for parts and their labor cost is incredibly reasonable . They even offered to drop me off at my house after i dropped off my truck there .I recommend them to my co workers, friends, and family. Great service!

guaranteed auto repair repaired my truck and not only did they do it right but they were so helpful they picked me up and dropped me off then delivered it to my work and it was so reasonable as far as the bill goes...i couldnt have been happier..i totally recommend them 5 stars for sure...

I had gone there with the previous owner. Unfortunately, he got sick and had to sell the business. The new owner works for Chrysler and is very pleasant however is never there. His partner would prefer to go fishing than keep appointments. That same mechanic doesnt seem to know squat about vehicles as well. I used to have a reliable, good, to the point mechanic. So sad...
