This place is great!! When I brought my car to the dealership they kept wanting to do my back brakes. Platinum helped me out by letting me know that this service was unnecessary at the time. We've been taking my husbands car there for years and I will never go back to that dishonest dealership again!!!

My shop of choice!!!

I've been to alot of different automotive shops before, and never have I seen a shop this nice. There was definately alot of effort put into the visual appeal of the shop. But, no matter how nice a place looks, it doesn't mean a thing if the quality of service isn't there. And let me tell you that the quality is DEFINATELY there! I brought my '92 Honda in because it would sporadically stall for no appearant reason. I thought for sure it would end up being a major repair that would be reflected in the cost. I explained everything to the owner (Chris) and he was very helpful in explaining how he was going to go about diagnosing and fixing my problem. He made me feel like my car was in good hands, and that made the wait for my car to be fixed so much easier on my mind. It turned out to just be the ignition switch, but I was blown away by his explination of how he came to that conclusion. I can't tell you how many times in the past I had left similair conversations with a mechanic and felt like we were speaking two different languages. He didn't use terms that i didn't understand, and he showed me my bad switch and explained what caused it to go bad. I have recomended Platinum Auto Service to all my friends and family, and felt obligated to get the word out there about this great repair shop. There's no doubt in my mind that I will bring my vehicles there for all my automotive needs.
