Very honest please. Highly recommend. I have always had trouble finding an honest place to have my car repaired. I am so glad we found these guys. they always tell me what is really going on and are straight forward with me as to what is involved. Their pricing is very good too. I suggest these guys to anyone looking for a good place.

I first went to horseless carriage for transmission service on my 18 year old truck and wow I must say it feels new. They knocked it out of the park....great prices and very solid work makes them my go to mechanics as long as I'm in the state....really friendly staff I can't say enough about the guys there

I bought a used 2003 jeep liberty. I found the vehicle on Craigslist. We were going to buy a jeep no matter where we went. I did a fast check of Horseless Carriage on google. I read the few reviews there were. They suggested Nick (the owner) was a man of his word and stood behind his vehicles. It made me at least interested. So I went on a Saturday to look at the vehicle with my family. We ended up buying the vehicle that day. Within the first six weeks there was a myriad of problems. I was saying to myself, "here we go" because it is not my first time buying a used vehicle. My jeep broke down in the town I live in Haverhill, Ma. An hour away. I called Nick and he promptly responded with he will come and pick up the vehicle and take care of all of my woes. It took a little over a week, but Nick and his crew fixed all of the problems. He didn't charge me for anything, this being after I had purchased the vehicle. This wasn't the first repair he swallowed, the radiator went earlier. All in all it didn't cost me a dime after purchase. Nick is a man of his word and I am glad I went to his small little dealership in rural NH. I strongly recommend; that if you are looking for a used vehicle give Horseless Carriage a try. You will not be disappointed.

I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. My father-in-law recommended and introduced me to Nick and the guys last year when I needed a replacement of my exhaust system and they quoted me a more than fair price, did a fantastic job, and since have gone above and beyond to earn and keep my trust and they have a customer for life!
