Called just to ask if there's any deals going on and had the worse customer service ive experience with maaco. The guy who answered the phone(didnt get any name) didn't want to even help. Rude and wanted to end the phone call quick. Date: 07/30/16. This company is great. But Management needs to talk with the team and make customers the first priority.

Took my looking like POS car in for a Makeover and it came out looking like new. Called Joel 15 minutes before closing and he stayed late to let me bring the car in, awesome customer service! He then gave me an estimate and a discount to make it work for my budget, he went above and beyond for sure! I would recommend anyone needing great service and quality work to give Joel a call. You will not be disappointed.

I did not have a good experience at this shop. When I came to pick up my car, the paint job was not good.... some paint runs and they missed the dents on doors (which was clearly printed on the work order). I needed to leave my car and the following week I picked my car up and on my drive home, I noticed fresh black paint on my arm rest console and paint on the passenger seat. I then also noticed, upon close inspection in sunlight, many, many Fish Eyes in the paint. I paid a lot of money for this paint job! The following day I went back to the shop to discuss the items with Mr. Patel (a very rude man) and when I told him about the paint on my console, he claimed twice that his shop did not do this.....incredible! I just left his shop in total disappointment..... I have contact the Maaco Headquarters for resolution.

Run by a rude person named Patel. He locked himself out of my car somehow AND SOMEHOW TRIED TO BLAME THE CAR. The car which has manual locks by the way. What a joke. Go to another shop that actually has decent reviews, and don't make the same mistake I did.

I am thrilled with the quality service I received from this shop in March 2014. They recently did a paint job and some minor body work on my 20 year old Toyota Corolla and it now looks as good as it did when I bought it new in 1994. Scott, one of the managers, took the time to explain various repair/paint options. At no time did I feel I was being pressured or "up sold" on unnecessary work/services. Please give the new owners/managers of this shop a chance to show you what they can do for your vehicle and do not be misled by the older / hostile reviews others have posted.
