These guys had my car for over 9 days. On the phone they were inconsistent, promising the car the next day only disappoint. There were contradictory statements about the progress of the work. There were lost parts. And at the end of the saga, my check engine light was still lit. The two times i've had my car in there it has cost more than they estimated. And I suspect the first repair necessitated the second.
They were more concerned about getting paid and then getting my car in to rip it apart again than making it right. Also, they are heavy drinkers over there. If you stop in after four, everyone's got a cup in hand. There are some good mechanics there but they are totally disorganized.
