I called around area auto shops with a tall order - I needed to come by at 1pm to rotate and balance tires, change oil, and leave before 2pm. Most of them said no until I came upon this place. I went there and they were able to get it done with flying colors. They provided me with internet coupons even though I didn't know about them. There's a nice comfortable waiting area and their oil change reminder had the change at 5,000 miles (last place wrongly said 3,000 miles). Got back to work in time.

Island Auto Sales is affordable and very honest. The owner Mack even took the time to show me where and what was going wrong with my truck. This auto repair shop was unprofessional to the customer's needs. The receptionist was extremeley rude and arrogant. She interfered with personal matters that only concerned the mechanic and me. There were unnessary repairs to my car costing me hundred's of dollar's, and the work was not great. I had problems with my car as soon as I left the repair shop. My gas gauge stopped working, and the steering was off the same day.

I would give them a minus zero. The owner was RUDE and foul mouthed and had no respect for anyone in there. I left without getting my car repaired and I certainly would NEVER go there again! He acts like his customers are stupid, like he resembles any sign of intelligent life form.
