Very friendly and super professional. They go the extra mile for you. It sucks when you need a body shop, but they will take care of you here.
This place came highly recommended from friends and family who have been here before and I can see why. I was greeted very warmly when I arrived and was given truly top notch customer service the entire time. This wasn't gimmicky, but they really listen and are thoughtful in their suggestions.
I went in for a quote on what I thought would be a small repair. It turned out that the part that needed replacing was far more expensive than I could afford. Before I could shake my head "no", Dan was leaned back in his chair thinking of a more affordable way to get the work done. He went over some alternate solutions with me and we decided on one that fit my original budget.
When I got my car back it was clear that they had gone the extra mile with the work. Everything was repaired as like new as possible, the car was washed and even got a little touch up paint where needed.
Their great service and great work is no secret though - so they stay busy. It might be hard to get them on the phone at times, so be patient.

my family has used Smith Brothers Body shop since I was a boy. I remember going downtown as a young man with my dad and his father. THe smith boys treat you like family. You won't find a more affordable and professional body shop in town.

I had never used Smith Brothers body shop and didn't know where it was. A friend suggested I use it and said it was a reputable long time family business that did great body work. (I always used other body shops with much nicer buildings and locations.) So, Smith Brothers repaired my 2007 Audi. The work was great, the price was great, the turnaround was great - they just did a really great job! Don't let the location and older building keep you from using Smith Brothers. It is a high quality great value body shop!
