Another visit to Unitech and another great experience. People often ask why I travel so far to have my car worked on when there are many mechanics in my area and I let them know it's because I truly trust them to be honest and the customer service is great!
They even took me home while they worked on my car and I live quite a ways.

This was my first time here getting my brakes replaced and the service was above my expectations. The workers are really nice, fast and experienced. The prices are great too. They'll never over charge you for other repairs, but rather inform you of things they may have noticed. I will definitely be coming back here and will refer other.

Can't beat $20-something for an oil change! I will be coming back.
But one thing made me mad - the "inspection" after my truck was done. I knew that certain items on the list needed attention but they made it look like the truck was completely ok - in short, he marked everything was good when it wasn't. But I know my vehicle, so I didn't let it bother me too much.
Pricing is good, timing is good, I'll be back!

Everything & everyone at Unitech was awesome. The employees were knowledgeable & very friendly & it was very clean & organized. They were very honest when it came to fixing my car, they told me what needed to be fixed & what could wait, which is very nice because a lot of times mechanics want you to get everything fixed that could possibly be wrong just to make some money from you, not Unitech. They were honest & very reasonably priced & got things done very quickly!. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

I ended up paying less than I expected. Can't beat price, extremely friendly and everything was repaired in the exact time frame provided. I go there for one thing, but I leave having more than one thing fixed, still under the amount that most places would charge. Strongly recommend it here!

I'm more of a food blogger but my brother suggested I write a review for this place since I got screwed over with my car!! My brother first came here for his car for brake/lamp inspection and smog which in total cost him $90.
Now for my experience, I also went in for the same thing. Expect the wait to be a hour or two. But when I went in, my brakes were in bad condition and I couldn't get my brake certificate. However my lamp was passed and for the inspection of the brake and lamp came to a total of 65 dollars. So I had my brakes fixed somewhere else and went back to unitech again for the brake inspection and not knowing there was a $30 charge for reinspection!! So my total for just brake/inspection alone was 95 dollars. I spent more then my brother and got less done. This place like to change their prices around and add in extra fees. I would not recommend this place.

This place is the best place to get any mechanical problems fixed. I came here once, and got my lamp and brake inspection for a really good deal $60 flat out the door with a coupon. Upon getting inspection done, they find out my brakes didnt pass. So I compared prices and found out they beat all others in town. Came back and done my brake pads changed, (at a really late time) and they stayed here till 5:40 for me, so they can finish the job. Really recommend this place.

Don't go there .I was there for over 3 hours for a break and light"inspection.One of the reason they said it didn't pass was because the light that works and didn't move in the accident they felt was not positioned right ,I talked to another shop the same day they looked at my car and I was told that there should not be a problem with them to pass it with the light in that position and they did that for free unlike like this place that took my money knowing that there were not going to pass it in the first place.I believe there afraid to pass peoples car even if there legal . There a rip off and very slow I had an appointment but they made me wait over 30 minutes to even get my car looked at .If you go there just plan on getting ripped off,

Honest guys. I was used to always going to Jiffy Lube and getting charged over hundred dollars for an oil change because they would sell me things for my car I truly did not need. These guys get it done and stay in my Budget. When you are a single Mom who knows nothing about cars, these are your guys!

Ah, car registration time. Only thing worse than having it come due right before the holidays, after the vehicle fees are no longer being discounted? Having to also get it smogged, during a year in which on half of our little duo (me) experienced unemployment for the first - and hopefully last - time. Needless to say, we were looking for a deal. We happen to live less than a mile from Unitech, which I think is a new business, and I noticed their sign for a $29.95 smog, WITH certificate, driving by one day. After discussing it with the hubby, I headed down this morning with his gas guzzling Dodge Ram, fully expecting there to be some exception to the price for a V8 truck as it seems is the norm at many other places.
I showed up about 9 am and was helped immediately. The guy getting me set up was friendly but not chatty or wasteful in his time, which I really appreciate. Sure, be nice to me but I didn't come in to make friends or learn about your family. Anyway, the lobby was small but adequately furnished for me to wait and super clean. I had come prepared with my crossword puzzles and got comfy. Before I could even finish one puzzle, they had smog tested our truck and I was set to go. Quite impressive, as I'm pretty awesome, and fast, with the crossword. Not bragging, just sayin'.
Anyway, another guy rings me up right away, at the $29.95 fee and sends me on my way, in and out the door in about 30 minutes. I totally space on the DMV form I had brought in (don't tell my husband) but before I drive off, the guy brings it out to me with a smile. Although I don't remember the exact details, I noticed that had some pretty sweet deals for oil changes and some other regular sort of maintenance as well. Not sure if they are introductory rates, like I said, I think it's a new business but if the service is always that great, I'd go back even with more typical (read: higher) prices!

Wow, talk about being taken advantage of and then used! I went here for a smog check, found them on Craigslist. They were right around the corner from my house. I get my smog check, the guy tells me I passed except for one thing. I had a cold air intake I put on myself. I didn't know it was illegal to have. So I said ok, I can run home take it off and put the factory back on. I was back there within 15 minutes. They took my car again and while waiting the same exact guy asked me if I lived in the area. I said yea. He asked if I could take a customer home for him. I didn't really want too, I didn't even know either of them, but he said it was close and I didn't want to be a jerk. So i agreed to help them out when my car was done. So my car passed, and guess what THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!!! I had came back in 15min or less and it took less than 10 min for the retest. Any other decent smog place would have given me a free retest, or at the very least before doing the first test told me "hey it's going to fail with that on there" just as a courtesy. They most likely even used the same information from the first test. To add to the insult I WAS TAKING THEIR CUSTOMER HOME FOR THEM!! Any business would at least show sum sort of appreciation for that. Not rip off the customer. It's just poor business practice and flat out rude. If they did this to me and I even helped them out. I can't imagine how their not screwing over other people. Don't bother with this place unless you want to feel used and cheated! They obviously do not respect customers. I will say one good thing, the young kid working at the front desk was very polite. So much so when i first got there I actually thought about coming back for repairs in the future. Too bad, there wasn't more of him working there. The others quickly changed my mind about ever returning or recommending this place. I like at least a little respect from people i'm giving my money and business too.

These folks are wonderful! On a Saturday morning I brought them a broken car and the part I thought would fix it. The car needed to go to Oregon the next day. They jumped in, found out I had the wrong part, got the right part and GOT IT DONE! That was a few months ago, car is still running strong. Highly recommend! PS At a very fair price to boot :)

Terrible services, if I could give them a 0 I would. They wanted to charge me over 400 for some simple LEDS to be replaced, which I went home and did the work myself. They are outrageous with they're labor price. If you ever need LEDS replaced, brakes, or even spark plugs, I suggest you go to AutoZone, buy the parts and do the work yourself.

I came into Unitech Auto Repair to get an oil change for my car and I have been a customer ever since. From the beginning, the owners have been nothing short of amazing. The shop earned my trust because of the work they do, and the fact that they will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. That said, you will not leave Unitech's shop disappointed, however you will leave with the feeling of satisfaction.

I was recommended to this shop by a friend and now I can say that I'm a lifetime customer. I had initially come in to get work done on my Nissan's motor mount. Impressed with the service, I have started coming back to the same shop now for any mechanical issues (including oil changes) on our family cars. I would strongly recommend this shop if you are looking for good customer service, reliability, appointment availability, and quality work.

I called Unitech Auto for a quote. After they gave me the best price I had herd all day, the person on the phone told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me! He was rude and just an overall jerk! I would NEVER use this shop or its services. If this is the way they treat people, I can imagine how they would treat my vehicle. I wishould I could give negative stars for Unitech Auto Repair and Smog.
