Arrived in time frame given by dispatch, and was courteous and professional.
Most impressively, went to extra effort to make sure no further damage was done to car. The axel was out of place and the driver spent extra 20 min or so of his own time getting the tire into a position to minimize damage instead of just dragging it onto the truck.
Recommend highly.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place seems to be the only tow truck company in Elizabethtown. They take FOREVER to come and the after hours answering service needs an attitude check. I waited 2.5 hours to have them tow my SUV less than 4 miles away. The location of my
Vehicle was less than 5 miles away. I understand that I'm not the only person stranded, but waiting that long is preposterous. God forbid I called back 3x to see when they were coming. Each time I was told 5-20 minutes away. If you can't find any other towing company to get you out of a jam, be prepared to wait

Using roadside assistance through my Verizon service.. They told verizon 30 minutes... When I called they said 2 hours... The dude was rude from the service provider.

The great people at DJ's took care of us when we broke down at 10 pm on a Sunday night while passing through Etown. We had our baby in a carseat, and Tony, the tow truck driver called his mom to come pick is up in her car so our daughter could safely ride to the hotel.
The next day they worked with us to get the lowest price possible for all the repairs we needed and got us back on the road quickly.
This is a wonderful business that we would recommend to anyone!
