Best Auto Repair service in Johnson City

I have been having repair work done at Woods Automotive since it opened in 1994. They now service many extended family and friends vehicles, as well, and we all are very pleased with the top quality repair service! Owner Randy Woods is honest and if there would be a problem with a repair he will make it right. The only thing he needs is a larger shop and parking lot because everytime I am there they covered up with work! Must mean they are doing something right!

No, I wouldn't recommend anybody to go here. Wood's ripped me off, the problem that was suppose to have been fixed WAS NOT. I wouldn't give them my business.

Do not take your vehicle here. I was very unsatisfied with the work and service. If you don't want your truck hot-rodded all over town, all day long,just to check something that should only take (10 minutes) please don't go here. Unsatisfied customer

Have used Woods Automotive ever since he opened. He is the best mechanic around. He has expert training on about every kind of vehicle brought in the shop. He is honest and dependable and you can depend on his word. If you need a good mechanic...he's your man!

Wood's Automotive has been my go-to place for car repair for the last five years. The folks there are unfailingly kind and polite, and they always call me with estimates before doing an expensive repair. They work hard to save money for the car-owner when it's possible. I know my cars are in good hands at Wood's Automotive.

My brakes on a 2004 4Runner needed to be replaced. I was referred to Woods Automotive by another repair facility that didn't have the capability to do the job. They were tremendously friendly, worked with my changing time when I could bring the vehicle in, completed the work quickly and charged a very fair price. While waiting in the shop saw him deal compassionately with a young man who couldn't pay for his repair. Highly recommended.
