DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If 0 stars were an option they would get ZERO. They did exactly what we asked them NOT to do. Simply asked for an appraisal and that if it were going to he over $500 then DO NOT fix it....well $800 later they call and expect us to pay. On top of that, we're 99% sure the back 2 tires on our car were switched with older ones...our tires before were in good shape...we get it back after a few days and the tires are almost bald. We had no way to prove it other than that the other than our receipt for the 2 year old tires and the fact that the other 2 were on WAYYY better shape than the back 2...this is NOT a trust worthy business.

Left my Prius for a front bumper repair while we were on vacation. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Picked up the car yesterday and it looks better than it did two weeks after we bought it when we got the first little ding. Both the customer service and work was top notch. Highly recommend Auto Art for anyone needing body work done.

Pissed Off Customer

I got my car repaired in 2012 it looks like junk know, I took it back,(Thompson Ln.) to only have the manager to come out and insult my car. he said: Its a old car the clear coat is braking down, (it's a 2008) we didn't paint it that far over, he said, I wish I'd kelp the pic they emailed, at the time of the repair, THEY DIDN'T DO QUALITY WORK!!!

Auto art did an AMAZING job on my camaro!! They took over 10k worth of damage and made it new again! Cannot tell it has been wrecked! Got my car done in a timely matter as well!! Very informative of what was going on with it. Thanks again guys y'all are awesome!! I will let everyone know who fixed my car!!

My '07 HHR LT is my pride and joy. I've had to have body work done on it three times -- a flying road object to the hood, a cherry picker across the rear bumper, and then tail ended on I-24 in commute traffic. All three times my car has been repaired at Auto Art SMYRNA, and all three times I have been very impressed. The work done is always of the highest quality. The staff -- Scotty, Brian and Tricia -- have always gone above and beyond for me. And they have always taken very good care of me and my vehicle. Thank you, Auto Art SMYRNA!
