Excellent service and the staff are friendly. Have been a customer with DPatricks for last 14 years and love their Service and their Sales Dept. David Lowry in Sales Dept and Brain Allen in Service Dept have always been excellent and providing awesome job. Keep up the great job DPatricks team.

I went to look at a car listed on their website. When I spoke with a salesman he was very unprofessional, cursing and being discriminatory by stating "you know this car is $10,000 more right?" Still I was interested in the car and wanted to test drive it. While test driving the salesman proceeded to over share about his personal life, making the test drive very uncomfortable. Afterwards I still liked the car but really did not want to purchase from this salesman. I contacted a different dealership that I have previously purchased from and they said they could get me the same car for a better price. Upon explaining this to the salesman another salesman, I assume his supervisor, approached me very aggressively and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt awkward and bullied at this dealership and do not recommend this place for your car shopping experience.

Just got my new Honda Pilot back from D Patrick Collision. It looks great! I can't even tell it was in an accident, and they did everything needed with the other driver's insurance and the rental car company. I'm totally pleased with their work!!

My experience at D-Patrick Collision Center was incredibly disappointing. Our car was there for 3 weeks (6 weeks total) when we were advised we could pick it up and given a time. When we went to pick up the car, we found 10 items wrong with the car and what was worse was the damage they had done to my vehicle. First time we went to pick up the car, the car was not even detailed and if it was - they should be ashamed. The headliner of the car had handprints over its entirety; the cowl had not been replaced and was part of original estimate, there were scratches on bumper and drivers door. there was a fist-sized dent with scratches in the passenger door rocker panel, the plastic piece between the drivers door (inside) and the windshield was not attached, the hood was not level and the rubber piece was sticking out on one side, the fire blanket thingy on the hood was a mess,and perhaps worst of all, THEY HAD PUT BURN HOLES IN EVERY SEAT COVER IN MY CAR!! Obviously we were not picking the car up. At this point, they at least did give us a rental car....(not one that received as good of gas milage as our Honda). So they advised us the item that woudl take the longest would be the dent in the rocker panel....two weeks later we were told we could pick up the car (this was on Thursday and we were going to pick it up on Friday). On Friday morning I received a call that the mowing company had damaged the hood of the car and it would have to be repainted. A week later, we showed up to pick up the car. On this pick up the manager working with us, was upset that we were being "picky"....and indicated that we came there iwth the intention of NOT picking up our car....(REALLY?? We purchased a new car just 3 months earlier because we didn't wnat to drive it...yeah right....I was getting such good gas mileage from their car NOT). This time our complaint was that the hail damage above the door had left this piece not shaped like normal but sort of "flat." AND there was a cut on the console where the gear shifter is..I'm guessing from where they put in the seat covers. WE were criticzed for not seeing this the first time -- again I must say REALLY...with our having found 10 things they did not find, they have the right to criticize us for missing something on that first review?...AND we were told "I will fix these two items but then that has to be it" by the manager. Excuse me. but I thought their job was to fix my car right -- and he had emailed me telling me it would be better than it was when I bought it...seriously? It's not better, it's not even close to being as good as it was. I didn't expect it to be the same, but I didn't expect them to damage my car. Am I being picky, yes.. after the first fiasco with picking up my car you bet I am picky. After dealing with the manager, we took the car as it was...we asked for compensation for the fact that they damaged our car and the fact it took them 6 weeks for what they originally told us was an 8 day job...and we were accused of asking them to commit insurance fraud. We just love driving 45 miles to pick up a car that isn't ready. Needless to say we took our car, as it was, because leaving it there doesn't mean it will be fixed but almost guarantees more damage. We were advised he ordered the console pieces so we can take the car elsewhere to get it fixed...but we have not seen them come in yet...they were going to mail them to our house. You know I've bought cars before off D Patrick and this most recent purchase was through them...I didn't mind dealing with them in sales -- but this has tarnished forever my opinion of D Patrick and I will not buy another car from them, I will take my business elsewhere.
