I had the misfortune of dealing with this outfit several years ago and always dealt with James. I owe the demise of my poor '96 VW Golf to this place. I had taken my car in to have all of the belts replaced. It was overdue for the timing belt to be replaced and since you have to pull everything off to get to it, I was just going to have all of them replaced at the same time. I was barely scraping by at the time and the bill should have been much higher, but James said he could do the work for $400 to help me out, and even took me to his desk and showed me a quote taped to the monitor about trying to help people. I was stunned that I could get the work done for so little, and graciously paid up. Everything ran fine for about two weeks until my car stopped dead on Murfreesboro Rd. heading into Smyrna. After getting it towed back home and trying to figure out what was wrong (it had a history of ignition issues), I figured out that it was not the ignition this time. I had it towed into a different shop and they showed me the problem - the factory timing belt which I had paid to have replaced had broken. Not a single belt on that car had been replaced. Not only had my car broken down from the very thing I was trying to prevent, but James had "helped" me right out of $400 that I could ill afford at the time. I called and even went back down there with the remnants of the belt, but got nowhere. I only wish Yelp had been around back then - there's no telling how many other people have been taken in by his "generosity."

My wife and I have been a customer for about 12 years. We have had two different Volvo's serviced here and now an Audi and VW. The service is always done on time and at the best cost. James is extremely helpful in let us know when and what is next. Great for planning financially and time.
