It's always a pain to have to get your car's body fixed up (especially when it's not your fault, argh!) but at least Ray's makes the process not so awful. The folks that work here are very pleasant and easy to deal with and were patient with all my questions. They weren't the preferred body shop for the insurance company I had to use but they have a good relationship with that company's adjuster. I do believe they are the preferred shop for some other insurance companies. There is a Hertz rental car office on-site so if you need a rental, you can drive off in a temporary vehicle. Ray's also keeps you updated on the repair progress via text messages, and often the repairs take less time than estimated. And they are not a chain too. I know other people who use Ray's as well and are satisfied.

This place is AWESOME! They to...
This place is AWESOME! They took care of the repairs to my truck, made it look good as new and also fixed a ding in my windshield for free. The mechanic on duty did an oil change while I waited the day I picked up my truck. It was so nice to have a comfortable waiting room to wait in and the repairs were quick and professional. The whole staff was wonderful and friendly. Will definately go there again if the need arises.

Each individual I spoke with or helped handle our claim impressed me with their exceptional professionalism, friendliness and knowledge! Go there if you want to be ripped off. My car was hit and took it to this garage for repair. They used a bumper from the market that was second hand, and was defective (the bumper did not fit properly with the front light panel visibly). They also changed my front light with a similar off the market part which was of real bad quality. The insurance that was covering this repair was of the other driver who hit me (homeowner's insurance), who also preferred using third grade parts for my car rather than using at least good quality ones. Now they argued that they had mentioned it in the bill in small prints, which obviously no one would understand. So I called the insurance few times they never responded. I went back to Ray's Collision since the lights they replaced became hazed in few months and they claim to have warranty on their work for 1 year. They said they will change the light, by that time I have moved to Atlanta, and they made me drive down 100 miles in the middle of the week promising the change. When I reached their shop, they took my car in for repair. After I came back after few hours, they said they could not change it since lights have no warranty. They could have said that when I called them for a month to schedule the change. They were unethical in their dealing and so was the insurance company.

We are so thankful for Ray's Collision Center. Our truck broke down on the side of the highway, and before the wrecker could even get us there, they had the necessary parts on order. The folks working their made my family feel at home - we had been driving all day, with only three hours left to go until we were home, and they had fun activities for my kids to do and wonderful cold drinks provided for free. Not only was the service fantastic, but the work done on my truck was done quickly and completely. I was overwhelmed by their southern hospitality and their love of the military. Thank you so much for all your hard work, working into the night, so we could get home. I have to add.....they even called us the next day to make sure we made it home ok. I felt like family!

My son's Scion was damaged almost to the point of total loss, but the team at Ray's fixed it up as good as new. I appreciated the frequent phone calls on the status of the 2 week repair. Their shop is practically new, with modern equipment for any kind of repair. I had to drive in from Houston to Auburn ( 12 hours ) for the pickup and was delighted as I followed my son on the trip home. The car ran great, no rattles, no shakes, alignment, paint, and body work were excellent. Highly recommend Ray's collision.

Took a vehicle to them based on ford dealership's association with them. Now I know why they no longer carry the Ford name. Had to take a vehicle back more than 10 times for problems ranging from doors not lining up, parts not painted and exposed (rusting), continued water leaks into the vehicle, and a door panel they cracked (that they never could fix properly or replace). Wouldn't be surprised if I am still fixing problems they created (not from the initial wreck) 5yrs from now. On a side note, the paint, where done correctly, does look good, at least for now.
