I heard about RC Auto Concept through a friend, I was really in need of a mechanic I could trust so I took a chance on RC. I crashed the front part of my 04 Acura TL and was very worried about taking my car to any mechanic or letting my insurance pick a mechanic for me, in the past I have had bad luck with mechanic's taking advantage of me. Right from the start RC was very polite and honest with me about my car and the process we were gonna need to do. He kept me updated on my car none stop and I am a very impatient person and he had patient's for me, and walked me through the process of how everything works with the insurance, which I had no clue about. During this time I realized what a crappy insurance I had, my insurance took forever to pick up my calls and send the money and were just horrible all around. I was shocked by how dedicated RC was to making sure my insurance helped me out, he was on them everyday. It truly is amazing to have mechanic that is that devoted to the work they do, he could of easily told me he couldn't help me or just let my car sit there and not care. Any time I called he always picked up and if he didn't he always called me back right away. His customer service and manner's are something you do not find nowadays. He even washed my car, cleaned my engine area, he got rid of a bunch or scratches that were on my car, my car was so shiney and polished when I picked it up I could not believe it was my car. It looked brand new, it looked better then it did when I bought it off a used car dealership. My grill and bumper didn't have cheap parts anymore. I would definitely come back to RC for anything I need with my car and will make sure I let everyone I know what an amazing shop he runs. If you want someone that cares about your car and cares about his work this is the shop! I am so happy with my car. I don't even feel bad anymore for getting in a accident, my car came out amazing! Lol I definitely don't want to crash it again though. I will post a picture of what my car looked like when I bought it, when I crashed it, and two pictures of it when it was done.

The work RC did on my 2015 Harley Trike is beautiful. I had a fender repaired. The craftsmanship, pride in his work, and the finished results were absolutely beautiful ! I am completely satisfied with the price, prompt repair and quality of his work. Thank you for your care of my vehicle.

I took my truck in after a car accident because of a referral, and I couldn't be happier with the service! I needed new airbags, and after he put the new ones he cleaned my dashboard. Not only that but my air conditioning previously hadn't worked, and he fixed that at no extra cost. Fair prices, don't need to worry about getting ripped off here. Definitely coming back for any car repairs I need!

I Took My Car Here To Get Repainted After I Had A little Bit Of A Fender Bender With The Front Bumper The Guy's At RC Really Took Car Of Me They Delivered When They Said They Would & Had My Car Looking Like It Just Rolled Off The Showroom Floor I Would Recommend This Auto Body Shop To Anyone Whether They Need Minor Bumpers Repainted Or They Want To Repaint The Whole Cat I Guarantee The Guy's Over At RC Will Leave You Pleased With There Work :)

We just recently had my daughters honda accord repaired here and we are so satisfied with not only the finished outcome of her car but the professional and honest service we received from Ramon. He said 2 weeks it would be done and exactly 2 weeks later our car was ready. Im going to recommend him to everyone i know. So RC Concepts is the best shop around.
