I came in with a problem and left with a solution. The guys gave me two great options with the pros and cons of both. They let me ask questions and I got to see the work being done. I am very happy with the work that they did for me.

Chris and his team were awesome. We were on vacation from WI and our brakes started hitching. He fit us in to their Saturday schedule, took care of everything within an hour, and we were on our way. Great service and customer service.

Replaced my muffler for $127.00 and took them about 30 minutes! Compared to other places I called, they saved me about $30 and could get me in right away. Sweet deal if you ask me.

A great place to get minor car repairs completed in the St. Joe, Benton Harbor area.
Had an Acura that had a missing or failed gasket in the exhaust. Part and labor to complete $70.00. When was the last time you had a car repaired for under $100. ?
Had a Honda that had an exhaust heat shield that had broken from it's mount and was somewhat annoying. Brought it to Pro Muffler, they threw it up on the rack and cut it off........No Charge.
GMC Suburban front and rear brake job - $480.00
They are good people that are confident about what they do, and at a fair price. I'll keep taking my car there.

I thought I needed an entire n...

I thought I needed an entire new exhaust system. They could have replaced my exhaust and charged me for it, and I would never had known the difference. Instead they told me that it was only heat shields making noise and it was a simple fix that took 15 minutes. When I picked up my car they told me there was NO CHARGE. I will go back to Pro Muffler and Brake Shop, and recommend them very highly. They were honest, knowledgable and friendly. I have already told several friends, by the way.

To Those Who Read This, I came to you last night with no money in my pocket and a rotted dismantled exhaust system. I told you I was traveling home to see my daughter for Christmas and asked if there was any way you could help me make it home. Im not quite sure of the gentlemans name, it may have been Keith, but sir I would like to thank you for your caring and understanding in seeing that I got home to my family without having to worry about my exhaust because you fixed it for me. I requested duels and there is only one guy who does them, the man who runs the front was out sick so the guy who does duels was running the front, needless to say I was turned away. he is also very unfriendly making a joke of my request, I was quite disappointed, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

My family has been utilizing Pro Muffler & Brake Shop for several years. We have always had a positive experience. Recently I had to have one of our vehicles towed in. I expected it would be at least a day or even a couple of days being it was not a scheduled service appt. Approx 20 minutes after the vehicle was towed away, I received a call from Chris stating that the car was up and being looked at! They called me back in a short while with the problem and the estimate. The car was repaired and picked up the same day! The employees are and have always been professional, courteous and friendly.
