This service center is conveniently located near my home, so when my car needed a valve cover gasket replaced I decided to give them a try. Approximately $700 later, my car was ready and returned to me. When I started the engine, the car was shuddering violently, but running. Cursing, I headed off to class which started in a few minutes. After the class when I explained the situation to them they agreed to "look at it". The next day I was quoted $425 additional to repair the damage they had inflicted on my car. This earned a hearty "No Thanks" from me. Later I was told that I could have had my valve cover repaired for significantly less. How can you give a customer back their car in that condition? Do yourself a favor and patronize a more honest business.

I have been going to tom's service center for six months. The work is always good and the prices are very fair.The mechanics take the time to explain what they are doing and what needs to be done. I would highly rate this repair shop

I was very pleased with the service at Tom's. The guys were friendly, always called me and kept me updated on my car and what they found and needed to do. The best part was that I got my car back the next day! Fastest service I've had from a shop so far, and the work done was good quality. I will be returning for future work that I need done.

I have had my '05 Buick Rendezvous worked on twice in the past year at Tom's Service Center, and both times the work was good and much less expensive than what I was quoted by the dealership. Tom's worked hard to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am not a relative or friend of anyone at the business. They fixed a fuel regulator that was causing a fuel smell in the cabin of the car at half the cost. They did a brake job three days ago that initially wasn't right, but when I brought it back this morning, they replaced the brake caliper at no charge (frozen brake caliper was the problem) to replay me for the inconvenience. Carl was honest about the mistake and a pleasure to work with. I'll continue to bring my car to Tom's.

Always had friendly and helpful experiences with Tom's Service center. Brought my vehicle in for a second opinion, and they were able to give me an honest fix for much less and solved the problem. I have been using them ever since and couldn't be happier!
