Good shop. Very nice and helpful employees. Cute a little waiting area inside with good choice of accessories, tires and fluids. Had my tire changed here and it was real fast and for a reasonable price. Mechanics definitely know what they're doing too, which is important!

Brought my 04 gsxr into cha cha motorsports my engine was making nasty noise along with ticking. Terry and his team were able to diagnose problem real quick. They adjusted my valves along with cam chain, clutch ect.. Bike running like new!! Feels new. Terry and cha cha motorsports are very reliable and experienced. Never going anywhere else again!!

No BS shop. You've heard of the places that rip you off every which way. This isn't one of them.
Stop by and meet Terry. He's an awesome guy, always gets work done quickly and I have never felt overcharged or cheated by him and I will continue to recommend his shop because of the superior service.

I wanted to update this review to reflect my time with Terry and Cha-Cha-Cha remains great. I always feel like he is making my machine his priority and continues to stand by his work. I can not recommend this shop enough. I recently moved about 30 miles away and I wouldn't dream having my bike see another shop or the stealership.

I was referred to Terry (owner of Cha Cha) by someone at another motorcycle business, for some after-market work on my BMW R1200 GSA. I had to get the work done on a Saturday, which Terry accommodated. "Super-Kenny," one of Terry's mechanics did the work. Everything was outstanding, but most importantly the service and attitude of not only Terry, his wife, of Kenny, but also that of a bunch of cool dudes that I met who there to get their work done made me just want to hang out and share stories. BTW, Terry is a well known motorcycle racer and keeps that close to the vest.
Terry is totally honest, fairly priced, and his people know what they are doing. You are safe here! Also, they have cool parts in stock, and Terry can order whatever else you need!

As other reviews stated this place is great no bs knowledgable and don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need like other places. Cha Cha Cha was recommended to me by various riding buddies so I came to get my oil pan replaced on my 07 Gsxr. Cost estimate and time frame I was told were right on the money. Terry (the owner) is very knowledgable and will take the time to explain what's going on with your bike even take the time to show you. Prices are good work is great and ownership is even better! Have a small showroom but it's packed with goodies got a good deal on my favorite AStars gloves as well. There is various shops within miles but this ones a clear stand out. Will be back and recommend this shop to anyone.

I came to this location looking for a naked bike they didn't have one available at the time but they treated me like a class A customer answered all my questions and gave me some advice where I might be able to find what was looking for. I would recommend calling them to see if they have what you are looking for before arriving the service is worth taking a closer look.

This shop is not only friendly, they informe you on alternative products. They always tell me what I can get within my budget. No pressure to buy. There prices are some of the best in the Inland Empire. You can see your bike getting worked on or you can chill and check out there inventory. All this place needs is a online shop.

Took my Harley in for new tires. Terry was able to get me the same tires, tubes and tire strap installed for 200 less than the dealer! I went there because he was a Dunlop dealer and when I called to ask if he would work on my bike he was very nice and went out of his way to get me information. If you want to do business with a honest knowledgeable shop owner Terry is your man and Cha Cha Cha Motorsports is your place!

Had me and some friends come here to do work on our bikes. Staff is friendly, Knowledgeable and most important HONEST about parts and what can and should be done. Prices are competitive, but at least you know it will be done right. Should have taken my bike to them long time ago....I feel better knowing there is a good reputable shop here in town that I can Trust and feel great about. Highly recommended!

I'm all for supporting local business. Luckily this shop is one I can get behind and support. Terry -the owner- is fantastic at getting your bike fixed for a fair price. I've brought my bike (cbr600RR) here many times and I leave happy and satisfied each and every time. I used to take my bike to HYR in Redlands; don't go there, it's a rip off. I highly suggest checking this place out if you're ever in need of good service at fair pricing. They also have a decent amount of stocked, hard-part items.

Great place to take your bike. Hes a smaller business and knows his stuff. Hes to top of the line mechanics that do the right work the first time. I used to take my bike to Honda Yamaha of redlands and got shick of their service and high prices. I've been taking my bike to Chachacha Motorsports for 3 years and havnt had a problem yet. He has great prices and wont. The owner 'Terry' races moto gp, so he know first hand what to do if you are going to ask questions. The showroom is small so hes limited to what he can have on hand so dont be nervous to ask for catalogs. If he doesnt have it in stock he can get it QUICK. Chachacha Motorsports overall is a awesome place to go whether is be work done to your bike, or buying parts at a great place.

I bought a bike knowing nothing and got ripped off on Craigslist. I shopped bike shops for a while and wasn't comfortable with a lot of shops customer service and care. I came to Cha Cha Cha and immediately was settled that this was the place for me. Not only did they service my bike but they spent time explaining the different parts and how my bike actually works. Lola, Terry, and Gilbert were great and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Also tell them you're a starving college student and they'll try to help you out aha
