The customer service at Certified is amazing. They answered any questions I had and completed work quickly and accurately. The price was reasonable and I even paid less than originally quoted. I would definitely go here again for any transmission issues.

After dealing with an auto repair company whom I shall not name, I went to Certified Transmission a bit discouraged in regards to price for the replacement of a completely shot water pump. My car had broken down near their shop and I personally live over 45 minutes away and was panicked as to how I would get to work and back while my car was being repaired. Certified Transmission worked with me not only on getting a great price, but they made sure my car was done in a days time so I wouldn't have to stress about how I would get to work after the other auto repair company quoted me nearly twice as much and twice as long for the repair. Although I do not live by these guys, I would happily make the drive to go back to them for any automobile needs, I highly recommend you do the same!

This by far has been my best auto repair experience ever. I thought I was looking at a easy $800 repair and it ended up being a easy and cheap fix of only a few bucks. The Owner, Mike Wilkerson was completely honest with me and even gave me some car care advise. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price.
