If I could give this place a zero I would. Sadly, they totally rob their clients because of location. Stating they aren't able to get parts. They charged 400 for a thermostat for my bmw and 300 for labor. Stating it's a four hour job. Given I was on vacation in south Dakota, there was little I could do but go along. I got a 600 estimate and in the end it was 710. The part actually cost 60-100 tops and I was billed 4 hours labor for a 2-2.5 hour job (thats including the diagnosis, which you can get for free most places so I'm even being lenient). If it'd been 500, or even the estimated 600, I would've said nothing, but 710 is insane and just abusive. Stay clear of this place, do not be fooled.

They did wonders on my car. They made a bad situation bearable. They got me diagnosed, repaired and on the road in 3 hours when I was 500 miles from home. Kudos! If you need them they are the best!

Had some family in town from California. On their way here, the a/c in their 2011 honda crv stopped working. They stopped at a shop on the way and were estimated 2000$ in repairs. I know a/c is a pain to work on, especially on those hondas, but still felt 2000$ was a little excessive. After they made it to rapid city, I found their parts online, totaling 350$ including overnight shipping. Al's D and I got them in their shop right away and fixed their a/c. I'm very thankful, as im sure the owners of the vehicle are as well, for the fast, friendly, and professional service we received from al's D and I. It was over 100 degrees when they drive through Las Vegas on their way back home. By the way, 1000$ was the total in repairs. I HIGHLY recommend Al's D and I, for anything, but especially imports. Thanks again guys!

Things guys know there stuff. They have the Autologic scanner and were able to fix my Mercedes and my BMW when nobody else could. Reasonable pricing and will never go anywhere else.

Although they do not do glass work they referred me to a couple places they use around town and said that the glass places may be able to not have to replace the window. Very helpful and nice on the phone.
