My husband has had work done on both his truck and van and on both occasions has had to go back multiple times to fix things not done right. On his van they didn't paint parts that were agreed upon to be painted and he had to take it back. We noticed yesterday that they didn't paint the back hatch which was supposed to be painted and was not. They agreed on a price and are not wanting to do what was agreed upon. Very very unfortunate considering we brought them over $20,000 in repairs.

I had my new Honda in for repair after a car accident. My car is less than a year old and I was delighted to get it back looking like brand new and cleaned inside out. This is my third time using International Auto Body , each time I was treated well, the repairs were done perfectly and my car was returned to me sooner than expected. This company is run by very unprofessional people. The manager Bill cussed at me over the phone concerning my vehicle and then proceeded to hang up. They also do extremely shoddy work but charge a lot for those shoddy services. Go to this company at your own risk. There are much better body shops in Ocala.....

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! We were forced to use this shop after someone totaled our car on a road trip from Florida to Illinois. We were terrified, especially since we were in a different state. We had no clue what to do about the car or our belongings. Dave was so reassuring and helpful. He was just amazing! He made a terrible situation so much better for us and I will never be able to thank him enough. If you are looking for someone who honestly cares about your well being and doing what is best for you then you need to choose this shop!!!!

The work was first rate. The service was first rate. Everyone is professional and accommodating in every way. I had a difficult job for them and it took a bit longer than average, but it was due to my vehicle's age. The management covered the cost for 2+ extra weeks of car rental due to delays and were very courteous. The end result was a fantastic job with a reasonable price and a handshake and thank you. It does not get better.
