Terry's saved me a lot of money. After my purse got caught when I closed the door on my 2004 Toyota Tundra the door handle was loose on one side. A couple of auto shops told me they would have to order a new handle, have it painted and installed. They declined to pull the door panel to see what the problem actually was. Terry's removed the interior door panel and found a bolt had come loose and was in the bottom of the door. They reinstalled that single bolt and now my door handle is solid and secure again. Hoorah for men who can make their brains and hands cooperate to solve a problem!

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill in a bad, bad way. I used to go to Terry all the time, and he is a good and courteous mechanic. Too bad he hired a gang of witless morons. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and was told they would look at it the next morning. I called around 4:30pm on Thursday, and was told they would look at it first thing Friday morning. I stopped by Friday afternoon and was told my truck was next, I waited until 4:45pm and called, and was chastised for inquiring about my truck. I was asked if I had seen all the other cars in the parking lot, I replied yes, but reminded the fool that my vehicle was promised to be looked at two days ago. I asked the mechanic if my truck would be looked at tonight, tomorrow, or do I need to take it somewhere else? I was once again told my truck would be looked at Saturday morning. I waited till 11am, and still heard nothing so I went out there and asked to get my key back. I ended up in a huge yelling match with the mechanic. The whole ordeal ended up being a huge waste of my time, with absolutely no results. Just put off day after day with the same excuses. A real shame of a business due to the idiot mechanic. If you don't have time to look at my vehicle, please tell me so I can go somewhere else! Don't go there, ever!!!!!!

Terrible auto repair shop, horrible service, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. i HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR FOUR YEARS. Terry used to be good but now that he has expanded he does not care if he fixes your car properly or not. I took my car there to change spark plugs and ignition wire and he kept my car for 27 days!!!. the car became worse than when he fixed it and i had to take it to kia , because of his terrible "repair" . Stay away from NEIL his assistant, he doesnt know anything about fixing cars, they ruined the engine of my car!!!

Excellent service. The dealership service department wanted over $600 to change the radiator on my car. And I'd have to leave it overnight. Terry did the job in a couple of hours and it cost half that amount. You won't be sorry. They know their stuff and they're not out to rob their customers. All I can say is -I'm very satisfied.

Terry has always been available and prompt to answering my calls with know delays on when he can get my vehicle in the shop..His employees are friendly and with good attitudes very professional as well... Always reasonable rates and done in a timely manner .. Always a satisfied customer here! Terry now does repairs on several of my family members vehicles and they too are please with his work. I would highly recommend Terrys Automotive to anyone seeking repairs on their vehicles.

I have used Terrys automotive for years and i have always had fast and very reliable work done. Be cautious with the 1 star reviews they are from Abel racing and trying to discredit the shop. But i recomend Terrys Automotive to anyone and everyone I send gets what they need at a fair price and speedy service.

First let me say that I have been going to Terry's since 2005. I do not have the time, patience, or motivation to learn how to repair my own vehicles and because of that, I have met a lot of mechanics along the way. When I met Terry and his Father I knew that I found some "stand up" guys. If Terry can't do the job (due to time, manpower, or expertise) he will send you to a trusted associate who will. He cares very much for his credibility and the reputation of his shop.
