The new Manger Tony was a true pleasure to deal with, he took me out and went step by step of what was going to be done to me 2015 cadillac escalade, he kept me up to date with the whole process. I just recently got my truck back, I needed to bring it in to get some repairs done before I brought it back because my lease was up. They repaired everything and Ford didnt charge me a dime. I brought in my Grand Cherokee a few months back to get detailed. I had a lot of stains and it was filthy. When it was done, I felt like I was getting into a brand new truck. Everyone was spotless and all of the stains were gone. Jay gave me a great price and everyone was extremely professional. I'll definitely keep coming back here.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Jay and Anthony at Wave Street were nothing BUT accommodating and helpful. I was heartbroken when I got into an accident with my brand new Honda Accord but they did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease with leaving my car there. They got me in a rental that same day and gave me a great price quote. Any time I called they office they were more than polite to me on the phone and answered any questions I had about my car. My car was fixed a quick week and when I came to pick it up I was SOOO pleased with the work! COULDNT even tell where the car was hit before!! They stayed true to the price they quoted me from the beginning. I will continue to go to WAVE STREET AUTO and I will refer anyone I know to them.

My mercedes benz s class was hit while parked the driver of the other vehicle stood on scene , I sat down with Tony and he explained that I shouldn't go through my insurance company because the vehicle was parked ,and I have the other drivers insurance company's information, he stated there would be no out of pocket cost to me with deductible or rental car, due to the other drivers fault. I'm a single mother and didn't know what to expect from this place!!! i though I would be taken for a ride but Tony made me feel like I was family. The car came out beautiful and he kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle... Thank you TONY and wave street ..... I will definitely recommend this place ...... And if you go in ask for Tony he's a sweetheart and easy on the eyes lol...

Great Body shop and overall amazing experience. Jay and Matt accommodated me more than I could have asked for. My car was detailed and fixed within a matter of 2 days. Unbelievable never had a better encounter with an auto body shop until now. I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great all around experience.

It was a horrible experience. I had brought my car in for a minor front end accident and the boss jay, told me not to let the insurance take a picture of it yet. They've added more damage to my car to get more money from the insurance company. Then they also told me it will take 9 day, my car has been in there for over a month. I also am very upset because ive stopped by the shop before and they left my car outside with the windows open. This is the worst body shop on staten island in my opinion.

Had an amazing experience at the body shop I have used this shop many times for multiple cars I have each time I got my car back as if it was brand new maybe even better the owner jay kept his word on everything I was told and got my car back earlier then I was told to expect this is the only body shop that I will ever use and I highly recommend it to anyone
