There should be a rating of - stars !!!They gave me an estimate to repair my car after an accident. . My insurance said it could take it anywhere to be repaired. I try to help out small businesses whenever possible so I let them repair it. What a mistake.....I now have a SUV with a third row seat that will not work. This is by far a horrible company. After getting an estimate on my vehicle my insurance approved the vehicle to be repaired and I was told it would take two to two-and-a-half weeks. Today is the beginning of the 7th week and they still are coming up with excuses that they're waiting on a part or two or three or four. I would never recommend this business to anybody. In fact I would suggest you look elsewhere and pay double the amount if you can because this is a poor company ...

I try to help out small businesses whenever possible so I let them repair it. What a mistake.....I now have a SUV with a third row seat that will not work. When I took it in for an estimate I told them I could not get half of the third row seat to come up. They told me they would include this in the estimate. Needless to say, I got the car back, and neither seat worked. When I called they told me that the seat that worked was ready to stop working anyway. They did tell me they would see if there was anything they could do, but that was over 2 weeks ago, I will never hear from them again. Now I also found out that when they took my grandson's car seat out fro the second row of seats they broke the seat belt. Now I will have to pay not only for the seats, but the belt also. So much for helping the little guy!!!
