From the service technician to the secretary, everyone at this auto-care facility was absolutely phenomenal! I have never had such a positive experience at an auto body shop! Lauren, Dan, and Rob were all excellent! After getting into an accident with a deer, I had no idea where to go to get my car repaired. So, like most people do, I did a quick search for nearby auto body shops, and just randomly picked this one! I'm so happy I did! They sympathized with my situation and even offered to give me a ride to a nearby Wendy's while I waited for my ride! Thanks Lauren!!
They truly care about their customers, and it shows in their service. While my car was in their care, I received updates via text and was constantly kept abreast of the status of my vehicle. Once my car was all done, I headed down to the shop in a rental car but ran into heavy traffic on the way. Given the time of day that I left my apartment, I knew that I would not be able to make it to the shop before they closed and decided to give them a call to let them know. One of the technicians said that it would not be a problem, and that he would be there when I arrived. I ARRIVED AN HOUR AFTER CLOSING. Once I got to the shop, the technician greeted me and asked if I wanted to do a walk around inspection on my car. My car looked brand new! (2015 Nissan Altima) You would never be able to tell that i was involved in an accident!! After I signed a few documents, the technician asked what I as going to do about the rental car and I told him that I planned to drop it off at Enterprise and then walk back to get my car (Enterprise was only about a 15 minute walk from the auto-body shop). The technician said that it was too cold out to be walking (it was early February) and said that he'd be happy to give me a ride back from Enterprise! (Thanks again Dan!!)

Where do I Begin?? There service was incredible. They let me know every step of the process and I received updates every day or so. The gentlemen who worked with my car, one name Rob, helped me understand everything and made me feel very comfortable. Having never had to deal with an accident before, this place was easy to work with.
Five stars to the men who worked with my car. I received it today, shining and spotless. They cleaned my car inside and out! I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone who asks. They have gained a customer from this day forward.

Although Specialty Cars Services Center immediately had time to estimate repairing a minor dent in my rear hatch, they quoted over $500 more than I actually paid elsewhere. Staff was friendly and courteous. Additionally, they were willing to begin work on the vehicle the very *next* day (not bad) - compared to other places that couldn't begin work until as late as 3 months away (I did find two that would help the very *same* day). All-in-all, if you're willing to overpay for car repair for speed and decent customer service, this is the place. Otherwise, make sure you get more than one estimate and compare ... you'll probably find a better deal elsewhere.
