They charged my brother $10 for taking off a fuel cap and it took 10 seconds. That was a rip off. If the mechanic struggled to take it off it would make more sense but it took 10 seconds!

While driving on JFK in Jersey City last week I realized that I was leaking brake fluid and needed immediate brake service. I pulled into the first shop I found which was Ramzi's Garage expecting that I was most likely going to be taken advantage of because I really did not have many other options at that moment. My experience was anything but what I had initially expected. Ramzi took me in immediately and fixed my brakes for me. Not only did he do a great job very quickly, but he also charged me less than what most any mechanic would have charged. I was extremely impressed with Ramzi's professionalism and honesty. I give Ramzi 5 stars because not only is he a great mechanic but he is also the most honest mechanics I have ever met. Thanks Ramzi!
