Exceptional customer service from Victor, who answered all of our questions and put us at ease. The rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming too. Even the office cats are friendly. Thanks for the great service!

The T MASTERS Repair center and the Collision center and Great people who care about the people they do repair and collision repair work for. I have used both T MASTER Locations and will return in the future honest good and caring repair people are hard to find these days. Pat R

If you want to be treated right, please don't take your car here! My car clunked out on me so I called and asked if I had my car towed today would the repairs be made the same day? The receptionist assured me it would be serviced the same day. When my car arrived at there shop 30mins away from where I live they called me back saying we wouldn't be able to do any repairs today! WHAT you don't even know whats wrong with it and your telling me it cant be done today. Alright, well the next morning rolls around and no call from TMASTERS, so I call and ask have they diagnosed my car yet and there receptionist Jamie tells me no they still haven't checked out my car yet but the mechanic is putting it on the lift now! (10am) So now it's 2:30p and still no call from them. I call back and Jamie tells me everyone is just getting back from lunch so my car still hasn't been diagnosed yet. When she finally calls back they give me this ridiculous price and they have all the excuses in the world of why my repairs are so expensive. At this point I'm just frustrated and need my car back so I get over the price and agree to let them do the repairs. 5 minutes later they call me back telling me that I have to come and sign paper work that states I agree to pay for there services when completed . WTF! What kind of business is this! I would have thought this would have been done when they towed my car away "Just to assure them I would pay for towing!" TMASTERS are MASTER CROOKS. Its almost a week later and I still have no car!!!! And from the last time I spoke with them they tell me Jamie is still at lunch. They're "manager" hung up on me and all I wanted was for them to tell me when my car would be receiving service!
