DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!...

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! Took my vehicle here and the WRONG repair was done!!! Took the car back to Don, he kept it for 3 days and my car hadn't even been looked at. Paid 158.00 for wrong repair, wasn't refunded my $$, nor was my problem resolved. I eventually took it to another repair shop which repaired my vehicle in 45 minutes for 75.00. Save yourself time and $$$, don't deal with this incompetent repair shop!!!

Neva kum hea. My girl took her kar she jus bought 2 dons. This clown said her alternator was bad, so she took it 2 auto zone 2 get checkd n 2 my surprise they said it wAs perfect. Nothing was rong wit it. True story. Unfortunately. Smh

Had two problems with my vehicle from a failed inspection. I needed to replace a ball joint and a catalytic converter. A mechanic friend of mine told me approximately how much it should cost. Don was the first place I called that quoted a price near what I was told was appropriate. Don did the repairs. When I took the vehicle back to the inspection place I found out the ball joint was properly repaired but there were multiple welds at the catalytic converter leaking exhaust. I took it back to dons and he ended up replacing the muffler (there was nothing wrong with it) and welding multiple pieces of pipe together to make an exhaust pipe. He tried to charge me for the muffler but I told him I wouldn't pay for it. He also wanted to take the vehicle to a different inspection place near him free of charge. I decided to take the car back to the guy who inspected it. When I left dons, he told me that there were no leaks and it would pass. Turns out one of the leaks at the catalytic converter weld was still leaking. Not only did don replace the muffler but he took out my perfectly good exhaust pipe and replaced it with several small pieces of pipe welded together. Now exhaust was leaking from the weld at the muffler and two or three welds in between the muffler and catalytic converter as well. I called don back and argued with him for a while. He basically just deflected and said 160 was pricy for a new exhaust pipe but at least I got a new muffler out of it. Ended up having to get the exhaust pipe replaced at big als for 160 but at least it will pass inspection. Don will probably give you a good price, at least the first time, but you may end up spending more to fix what he did. I found out later that don had tried to screw over a family member years ago. I wish I had known that prior to taking my vehicle there. I think he probably broke my original muffler and tried to play it off as if it were already broken. I also think he has an arrangement with a nearby inspection place where a car that clearly will not pass inspection will get a sticker saying it is good. Do not visit this shop unless you want a good connection to a shady auto inspector.

Attention DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT PUT PARTS BACK ON TO YOUR VEHICLE. THEY LET ALCOHOLICS WORK ON YOUR CAR WHOM SEEM TO CAN NOT REMEMBER WHAT PARTS THEY TOOK OFF AND THEY ARE VERY NONCHALANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL CONTINUE TO BLOG AND LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW THIS SHOP LIED AND AND EVEN CONTACTED THE POLICE BEHIND MY PART.ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP

Great place to get your car worked on very professional and labor rates are the best in hampton roads would recommend this place to any body they have worked on my cars for years and i have never had a problem with them at all like i have said great people here
