Just released from the hospital and my wife was till in the hospital. The crew at Chantilly Automotive was extremely helpful in getting work done on my tires when from the hospital I sent a proxy to have the work started. When I got back on my feet, they continued to help me especially when the battery suddenly died on my way to visit my wife in the hospital. They took my car in immediately and had me on the road in a half hour.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Chantilly Automotive for over 5 years now at the recommendation of a co-worker. I have met with Bill, the owner, and Chris and Sonny; each of them has been fair, knowledgeable, and courteous every time we have taken our cars there. I think they deserve much better than the 2 and 1 star ratings they received several years ago. They used to offer a shuttle service to my work a few years ago, but had to cut back when the recession hit. However, my wife and I make it work to take our cars there because they are so reliable.
