This is the worst Auto repair shop I've encountered nd I have lived In 5 states and 2 counties.....Very Unproffesional!!!! I wrnt to have a wheel bearring fixed in August 2014,2 months later my axel breaks while Im driver (previously replaced 30 days prior). I return the vehicle and they charge me $100.00 to replace my axel. Continue to hear the "same" sound.I RETURN, my diagnosis is my wheel bearring. So I REMIND THEM they "fixed" it already, they inform me to leave my vehicle (5) days later they tell me on a Sundy to pick my car up its ready!! I barely made it home 4 miles away. SO on Monday I call to tell them my car is not fixed they tell me " bring it in on Wednesday! I ak can I get them o tow it back to th shop snd thir reply was "Yes" (for a fee of $35.00)! Then my advise from the ignorant owner was to purchase a New vehicle!!!! I pent a total of $290.00 7 days without my car a lifetime of nightmares all for a Wheel bearring job and thry were stupid enough to give me a receipt for Everytime the "Performed" the SAME job 3 different occasions.Would Not Reccomend thi facility to my worst enemy!!! Tried to rate them on Facebook but their so unproffesional they returned messages 5 times how unproffesional sThat!!!!?????? Accept this Rating (1 star) as a ₩ARNING

Thought I was a happy customer, but as the days went by the vehicle started messing up and goods automotives claim they were fixing it but never fixed it now the warranty has run out they refuse to fix things that was previously needed fixing. About some sorry SOPs I like their vehicles

The Worst car repair experience I've encountered.Almost cost me my life. Went for a wheel bearring and since it was NOT done, my axel broke while driving!! (In business 20 yrs or not this is Very unproffesional.) Had to return the car 3 TIMES!!!! Their excuse was my vehicle was "old" and "I needed to purchase a new car"Never will I do business there again. Not only did my "service" uck.....So id thr owners "customer service'!! #Nostars

I feel that this automotive location is a good place to have your car repaired, yet there are certain workers that make very inappropriate comments concerning people and their finances. Which is very unprofessional. Be careful here
