My daughter had an issue with her car that she took to the dealership twice and wasn't properly fixed. One trip to Q auto center and its fixed forever. Highly recommended, very knowledgeable staff.

2 years ago, my car needed a little bit of work, Mr. Q said he could fix up everything that was wrong with my car for $2000 that included, brakes, starter, battery, and some steering parts and A/C. I get back my car very satisfied with the work and how much he said I saved. One thing i noticed though, was my starter would scratch every once in a while when starting. I went back to him to see if that was an issue, he said no, that it will eventually go away. It didn't. Never went away, although the starter was a good starter, the mechanic who installed it obviously had installed it improperly. I started working for Merchant's Tire and Auto and became more knowledgable. I take a look at my car and just about every service he did for me, was done improperly and had stopped functioning now such as A/C and now my car doesn't start because of the starter. Stay Away!

I have been using Q Auto Service for the last three years. They took care of my two cars: Subaru Outback and Honda Pilot. During these years, they performed all sorts of work (brake system, muffler, head gaskets, struts & shocks, etc.) and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and cost of service. Specialists at Q Auto know what they do, provide frank advice as to what truly needs replacement/service. Though both of my cars are Japanese, most of the cars serviced at Q Auto are German ones. So I think owners of German cars can take them to Q Auto with no hesitation. I also like that the shop itself is clean and well organized, which makes it pleasant to walk inside when a specialist takes you to your car to explain what the problem is. I will continue using Q Auto for all the needs of my two cars and I hope they will maintain the quality/price balance.
