Mike the owner was the biggest asshole to me when my truck was stuck off of a bridge in a park. He wasn't willing to work with you or help out in your time of need. Very unprofessional.

The owner is an arrogant, unprofessional, and lazy asshole. It's a shame because they do indeed preform decent auto body repairs but some of us just can't see past that blob of an owner who is probably embarrassing his four generations of business owners before him.

They care!

The staff at E&M are great. The owner takes his time with you and they make an accident seem like nothing when they are done. The car was better then new when i got it back and they worked fast to get it to me before my trip. Thanks.

Horrible service. My car was towed here on a Friday night, I came Saturday afternoon to get it. The gentlemen then tells me there is no one there to do the release paper work and it's not his problem and I'll have to wait until monday for my car. Meanwhile I'll be charged for the extra days! In addition, they left my car unlocked! I drive a 75 thousand dollar car, thank god my wallet wasn't already stolen.
