I took my vehicle in to get the brakes done. Scott Alestra did an exceptional job. The service was fast and the price was exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely be referring family and friends to Alestra Automotive.

Taken several cars over a few years to Scott Alestra and I plan on it for years to come. His prices are fair and the work is solid. I've never had a complaint yet. His work speaks for itself and tells you that he wants your business. Sent my sister to him last month and sending my mother to him today in fact.
I received super service in a very warm and friendly environment. My final price was exactly what I was quoted and my care was repaired in a timely fashion. The owner and head mechanic explained "everything" to me until I had a thourough understanding of what my car needed. There was also a very nice and clean waiting area with free drinks, candy, tv, and wi-fi. I will definately go back to them again.

Always there if I needed them. I trust them 100% and that is hard to find they have always been honest with me and offer a military discount. I am very loyal to who is loyal to me. Great work guys!!!!!

Very friendly and fast service! What would have taken 5+ hours at a big name car center that would have ripped me off took less than an hour here! I have gone here for all my car needs since I was referred to them!

I called mid day to inquire about getting an oil change, I did not catch the name of the man that I spoke with, however, he was more than willing to work with my crazy schedule and very friendly. They are only there on Fridays till 5pm and he allowed me to schedule an appointment the same day that I called for that evening after work. I arrived there at 4:40pm and was done and gone by 5pm. He also used the type of oil that I requested with no questions asked. They are Jasper trained mechanics and they offered excellent customer service. I will definetly be bringing my vehicle back to this shop anytime that I need something done in the future. I just recently moved to the area and so it was really nice to find a shop right of the bat that I can feel comfortable at because I am anal when it comes to someone working on my car.

Taylor Automotive Services performed a number of repairs and maintenance services on our 2000 Honda Accord. The repairs were professionally done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Everyone one was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I don't know how you could do better than that with any shop.
