These ppl r a bunch of rip off I came to them bout my car n not only did they take my money my car won't start n they won't work they can't tell me Wats wrong wit my car or give me a partial of my refund ... I warn anyone goin to this shop if it isn't a simple oil change or a change of ur tires do not I repeat DO NOT take ur car to this shop... they will up ur price n will not damage ur car even more....wen I took my car to them it was driving now it won't start or nothing ...$700 down the drain... smh

I just want to give a "SHOUT OUT" to Ace Automotive! First I want to thank Rodney for his outstanding customer service, knowledge, ability and for making me feel that not only did Ace Automotive want my business but that they appreciated my business. Thank you Rodney! Then there is Noli one of the shops owners who personally came to my front door to give me a ride back to the shop once my car was finished. It don't get any better than that. Thank you Noli! Edmerald and Collin took their time to explain to me about my vehicle in words and terms I could understand. Thank you Edmerald and Collin! With that being said I hope I don't have to see you all anytime soon but if the need arises I know where you are!

I came in with a tire issue as Tread Quarters wouldn't assist me and the gentleman at ACE Automotive came out in the cold and fixed my tire issue in 5 minutes and was very polite and courteous. You don't find that often these days but when you do it is greatly greatly appreciated. I thank you ACE for hiring the best of people! Great job!

Steve and the guys over at Ace are on point. Customer service is first rate and they get the job done without the fluff and horror stories you hear with other places. I took my car in after it had been sitting for two years (stationed in Japan) and Steve took the time to break it all down for me and get the problem I was experiencing diagnosed and solved. Will definitely be returning for my future car needs.

I've been a customer of Ace Automotive for several years but for the last couple of years I was going to another place closer to home (I used to work close to them). This year the place I was taking it to tried to rip me off with a bunch of added work for my inspection - so I brought it back to Ace. I am so glad I did. Not only did Steve save me a bunch of money, but he reminded me why I used to take my car there. Steve is not only honest, but he and his crew do great work. Make sure to call beforehand of course, they do get busy because many of the locals know they are the place to go. They are very military friendly but they do accept civilians too... lol Today he saved me a good bit of money vs the local chain I had brought my car to. I am glad I thought to bring it back to them - and that is where I will be bringing it from now on. Thanks Steve! Very much appreciated!

my wife was in va beach to dissolve her fathers estate and had a clutch go out on her 07 jeep wrangler.She went to where her father had gone before his passing(thought she could trust them)and they were able to get her in on short notice,we thought was great until they call and say it is finished.She never recieved an estimate and extra work was preformed without her approval. The labor hours billed for were 2.5 hours over the time needed for the repair( I happen to own a NAPAAUTOCARE CENTER and am a master ASE technitian)they did not know this prior to making up prices to charge my wife....as i have heard of this so many times in my business...We could have made a decision to go elsewhere if we recieved an estimate prior to doing the repairs..How sad that they have to rob unsuspecting women(or men)to keep in business.When you operate in a small town you have to provide quality and trustworthiness to keep your door open,when you steal(and i mean that)from tourist and the uninformed you give a bad name to all repair shops.And it is just plain wrong.so please consider who you are about to let work on your vehicle and get more than 1 estimate.legally you do not have to pay for repairs you did not approve,or if used parts are not provided to you at time of pick up

Coming across Ace Automotive was God sent. I prayed for a repair shop with honest workers and scored. They are friendly, polite, patient and listened as I explained my situation. Their prices are affordable And when finances are tough for you they apply discounts to your balance to help you out. They are fast and professional about their work.
