Sadly, my car has been hit 3 xs and the mirror has been knocked off by a storm 1x. JR's took care of the first 2 xs and the mirror. Now, I'm back for the 3rd hit on it. Each time the quality was great and the customer service was outstanding. I will not choose another autobody shop, I am pleased to be a returning customer. I made a scheduling error and they fit me in after missing my appointment with no hesitation! They are great!

I just picked up my car from JR's. Thankfully there wasn't an extensive amount of damage, but any type of car work gives me anxiety. Wendy, Kathy, Debbie and the ENTIRE staff made this such a painless experience. The customer service is beyond professional and friendly, the process and paperwork was easy, the quality of the work is amazing (I still miss my minion bandages that I put on the front bumper when I brought it in :-) the quality of the work and customer service of this business gets an A++++ I thank you all so much

Excellent service. Skip all the hassle with insurance company and just drop off your car and let them do it all. They cleaned our whole car after repairing the damaged window and door. You won't be disappointed.

I hit a deer in my new vehicle and decided to take it to JR's for repairs because they advertise that their number one priority is the quality of the work they do. Let me tell you , this is not true!! The lady at the front desk let me know that it was annoying to her for me to call several times and check on the progress of the work they were doing, since I did not hear from them it was necessary for me to call. When we picked up the vehicle it had surface scratches all over the hood, some on the side and we later noticed some on the rear and a dent on the side that was not fixed. They did fix some of the scratches before we left that day, but when I sent them pictures of the other two problems that were noticed after we left they admitted that the scratches were not there and that they would fix that and the dent that was not fixed. We set up an appointment, but ended up not being able to go because they want US to PAY for a rental so they can fix their mistakes!! That is horrible customer service as far as I am concerned, it would end up costing me a minimum of $150.00 in rental fees for their mistake. They still have not contacted me in regards to this repair, so I am guessing they don't really care. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the lady that we worked directly with was very nice. Avoid this facility at all cost- it will just end up costing you money and time!

After a recent collision, I decided to give JR's a try based on recommendation from multiple friends/co-workers. I'm certainly glad I did! The staff was friendly and had answers to all my questions. The facility is clean and the car was done within the time promised and done right! If there was anything to complain about it was that I did have to wait about a month for an appointment but that just speaks to the business they get. Secondarily, I got a rental from Enterprise, they naturally picked me up but I was able to just leave the rental at JR's saving me time when I picked my car up.

Terrible. They will tell you your car will be fixed in a week but really it will take at least 3 weeks. Expect pointless, unnecessary delays. What's more, the lady on the phone will act like its your fault for delayed repairs, she was very disrespectful. I would have taken my vehicle out already if the insurance hadn't already paid them for it
