I have lived in SF for over a year. Since the first time I heard Taylor's voice calming me down through a situation, she guided me to the shop directly, without fail. Walking in, I was afraid because of what I was used to. I am a woman and the connotation that mechanics screw you over is completely and utterly false. When my repair was TIMELY and ACCURATELY made (even some extra work that they asked to perform that I KNEW needed to be done) I consented. When it was time to pay my bill, my quote was EXACTLY as quoted to me. ~If YOU - yeah YOU, reading this....I HIGHLY recommend Sneads Ferry Truck and Auto for ALL you service needs. I am the spouse of a Veteran and the confidence and trust they instilled upon me has me coming back. Even for that simple oil change. So, if you want to know who I am and want my review. Email. me.
