I was in here with my Lexus and Infinity on separate occasions. Each time Nick was able to diagnose and fix the problem quick. His level of knowledge and expertise amazed me. He even keeps the old broken parts to show you what he replaced. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

After the factory warranty on my BMW ran out in 2014, I was jumping around from shop to shop looking for a reliable mechanic to help keep my car in tip top shape. I was given Top Automotive's information by a co-worker and haven't looked back since. From routine services to major repairs, these guys have always performed excellent work and at the best price I've seen in the Charlotte area. If you have a foreign car whose repair bill from other shops/dealers brings a tear to your eye, I'd highly recommend checking out Top Automotive! The quality of service, honesty and friendliness of the crew are second to none.

I've been using Nick's services since 2013. The level of integrity and the knowledge of European cars is unmatched in the Charlotte area. You definitely get the most for your money and your vehicle form Top Automotive. He also back up every part that needs to get replaced with images to educate the consumer on their cars symptoms and the gets down to the real cause of the issue.

I was referred to Nick at Top Automotive by another professional in the automotive industry here in Waxhaw known for Restorations and Great Detailing. Nick from start to finish is a honest, professional, on point guy. He will not screw you around as some other shops due in the Charlotte area. He doesn't sell exotics (like some other shops) he fixes them. And that is where his honestly is the best. I trust him and I know he wont try to upsell you on anything. He gives his honest opinion. I own my own small business and honestly I don't have time to take my cars to get looked at. He said no problem and picked up my Audi R8 which was acting up. He found solutions for the problems I was having and based on the way he does business he picked up my Gallardo to look over. Bottom line I am lucky to have found a a company that loves what they do. Nick and Vlad at Top Automotive are competent, energetic, tremendously honest, and well trained professionals who love cars. I own a BMW, Mercedes Benz and a Land Rover. I would never consider having anyone else service my vehicles. Everyone wants value for the dollars they spend and you get that and more with these gents.
