knowledgeble

I been takeing my car and my wifes car to r&r for 5 years now and the oner is realy knowledgeble. he always gives me an estimate before he does eny repare and hes labor rate is very reasonable and how do i know well i call other shops to get a quote and he gives a warranty with he's work .i recommend r&r to all my friends and relatives. they are good people

Alfredo is very rude and disrespectful. He lies takes your money break parts on your vehicle. Charges extra taxes.he broke my A/C Unit and told me after charging me 405.00 for some work that was done on the vehicle . finished with my vehicle and left it outside of his shop for hrs at a time dodge not contact me to verify with me that he was done with my vehicle.after I discovered that my A/C unit was not working in questioned home of it he got irritated with me and demanded me off of his property. Which left me with a broken unit.
