Very dependable, honest, trustworthy. They explain everything in detail and for a single mom who knows very little about cars that was very important to me! Went above and beyond. I took my truck to two places before calling Chuck Senior and Certified automotive. I informed him that the dealership said I needed a new engine because I had a spun cam bearing. He didn't seem to think I need a new engine and told me that it was probably a camshaft position sensor magnet. He fixed it for 1/10 of what the dealership quoted me. I am somewhat mechanically inclined and he explained what he was doing and what the problem was. I have dealt with plenty of auto shops and this one has been the best. They just made a customer for life.
