Run away
Very poor customer service and extremely rude to people of color. Will not be in business for too long with this mentality. I would never recommend them to anybody.

I have been doing business with Mitchell ever since he started in business from farm tractor, farm trucks, 4x4 and yes he may have misdiagnosed a things once in 30 years but if he did that needed fixing before he could correct the real problem. He has sent his employee to my mothers numerous times and to Walmart to unlock my moms car when she locked he keys in it not once and even to to her house to or replace or charge her dead battery where she has left her dome light on. I can guarantee one thing when u carry your car to Mitchell's u don't have to worry about being charged for something that u did not need or doing something that will cause u trouble down the road to return but he will not leave u walking. I'm sure he has not made everyone happy that has left his shop but if they were not happy they could not be made Happy or there was another issue.

It is sad that someone would g...
I have taken my 2002 Toyotal Corolla there several times over the years, including a major fluid and fuel jet overhaul when the vehicle reached 100k. The prices have always been more reasonable than what a dealership charges. And, the vehicle works fine after Mitchell fixes it. I am thankful to God and Mitchell. [PS, most vehicle problems I have fixed myself, such as brakes, oil changes, replacing door handles, side view mirror, etc., so I am not a novice].

They don't even deserve a star...
They don't even deserve a star! I just paid $400 yesterday for them to fix a problem with my van, well a few hours later and it is still doing the same thing. Either they really didn't fix the problem or they don't know what they are doing! I was told I would get the vehicle back Wednesday, well it wasn't till Friday when I got it back! I am very unhappy with their services and they will be getting a call from me as soon as they open!
