I was so surprised to see a negative review of Prices Body Shop. They have done wonderful work on all of our cars for many years. Excellent quality, fast and courteous service, and they work well with our insurance company. They are a small family owned business and take great pride in their work and in building relationships in the community. There are lots of letters posted in their office from appreciative customers. I guess we'll have to ask some of those customers to post reviews online as well as on paper.

This is a great place to go if you have no interest in the quality of work completed on your vehicle. I was unlucky enough to have my parked car hit in a lot and the insurance company appraised the damage at $1436. I went to collect my vehicle after Prices had repaired the damage and was not satisfied with the quality of the work completed. The new front bumper had been resprayed badly and you could see the edges had been missed. The hood was also misaligned with a visibly larger gap on one side. I pointed out the faults and was told that the missing paint on the bumper was where it had been clipped when sprayed and that there was nothing that could be done about the hood because it was just the way Jeeps are. Apparently customers don't notice existing faults in their cars until after a wreck and that it was probably like that before. Anyway, I have now taken my vehicle to Shelors Collision Center in Christiansburg and it is going to cost an additional $488 to correct Prices inferior work.

I had front end damage from a semi truck. They towed me to the shop and I had my car back in a couple of days! Incredibly nice and personable staff. I take my car there for everything now because they impressed me so much the first time.

Very fast and efficient. That business is not run based on how many customers and how money they can get. It is about pride and quality which results in great service. I was so thrilled to have my car back so quickly with a door and mirror replacement. And they went the extra mile and cleaned her inside and out. Thanks!

I've known this family almost all of my life and they have the finest quality of work around here...They know the best advertising is word of mouth and they have worked for EVERYTHING they have....I have the up most respect for these people and would recommend PRICES BODY SHOP TO ANYONE..because you will definitely get what you pay for...They have been doing this for forty years.....

They did great work on my E36 BMW. The front bumper and a turn signal needed replaced after I got hit in a parking garage. Got the car back today and it looks great! The bumper looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They even went the extra mile and polished the original headlights which were cloudy to make them crystal clear again. Great work by a great family!

Absolutely one of the best body shops around, hands down. I took my car over there an accident and the staff is not only super friendly, but very good at keeping tabs on repairs and communication. When I picked up my car I was enamored to see how well the repairs were done, the new paint looks better than factory and they went the extra mile to wash the car and clean the interior to ensure that getting my car back was the highlight of my day. I will not hesitate to recommend Price's to anyone, superb work!
