My car broke down and was towed to Tom's Automotive. They took me right in as soon as the tow truck left.
They diagnosed my car quickly and fixed the problem. They were very nice and explained the problem so I could under stand it. The price was fair. I would recommend them to all my friends.

My car broke down in this excruciating Heat today while driving in Leominster with my 2 young boys and my girlfriend. And even though it was closing time Tom's Automotive still repaired my car and had it ready for me same day. Within 2 hours! I never expected that they would have my alternator switched out that fast. These guys rock!

Do not bring your vehicle there , took it in for 1 thing they overcharged me 2 fix ,and on top of that my car came out with 3 more problems that my car didn't have before. .that they caused and then offer to fix for a large sum of money. . Never again .. maybe if people were more honest then they would have a customer for years to come .. now i know why shops get a bad name. . Tom, Patrick and Techs did quality timely work at a competitive price. While the car was there and they were working on the car's primary issues, the alternator failed (I knew it was a little noisy but was going to replace it myself) they called to inform me and I picked up a used one at the junk yard (14yr. old Grand prix GT car for son) and immediately delivered it to them and they put it in quickly. I like a company that's willing to work with the customer especially part-wise. If you please the customer they will return!

I liked that Tom's automotive was able to quickly diagnose the trouble with my car even though the problem was seemingly rare in nature. I've always enjoyed the friendly, courteous staff and their high level of competence gives me peace of mind.
